On the shelves there are connecting loops made of rod, in the ears of which there are self-tapping screws connecting the shelf with the side walls. In front of the shelf there is a demonstration stand connected to the shelf by welding, on which product samples are installed. The size of the holding part of the stand corresponds to the size of the placed goods. The technical result of the claimed utility model is to reduce the weight of the structure while maintaining low cost and ease of implementation. 8 ill.

The claimed utility model relates to special furniture and equipment for stores, namely to cabinets for tobacco products with means for removing products.

The prior art device for placing packs of cigarettes for sale RU 197929 U1, publ. 06/05/2020. The device for placing packs of cigarettes for sale is a housing, inside of which there are compartments for packs of cigarettes, made in the form of inclined shelves, separated by sides, cutouts are made at the end of each shelf to form a protrusion in its central part, while the protrusion is provided with a retaining ledge at the end .

The disadvantage of the device described in this patent is that the retaining rim is designed in such a way that it does not fully ensure the retention of the goods, which leads to the fact that the goods may fall off the shelf and lose their presentation.

Another analogue of the claimed device is a hanging cabinet JP 3062831 U, publ.15.10.1999. The suspended furniture case serves for storage and extraction of goods. Goods are inserted into the top refill port. In order to reduce the fall rate of the product, the device is provided with a retarding spring made of a suitable material such as plastic. A drive spring is provided on the inner wall of the rear wall of the hanging part of the furniture cabinet.

This device is more suitable for piece stacking of goods, since when laying goods in a row, these plastic springs will not withstand the weight of the goods.

One of the analogues of the claimed device can be considered a display case for cigarettes CN 206621128 U, publ.10.11.2017. The utility model discloses a kind of display cabinet for cigarettes, including a cabinet, a support body, a lighting device. The base case includes a column on the top four surfaces for placement on the cabinet. The angle of inclination of the shelves is 30-45°, the shelves are equipped with a bar placed at the bottom of the shelf, the length of the retaining part of the bar corresponds to the length of the placed goods. On the upper and lower parts of the cabinet there are fastening elements of the separator with recesses made at different distances, which provides adjustment of the width of the cells when the separators are fixed in different recesses.

The closest analogue, of course, has such advantages as low cost and ease of implementation, however, the weight of the structure and material consumption can be reduced by making the shelves not solid.

The technical result of the claimed utility model is to reduce the weight of the structure while maintaining low cost and ease of implementation.

The claimed technical result is achieved by creating a cabinet with gravity shelves, containing a back and two side walls, a top cover, inclined shelves divided into sections by partitions, the angle of the shelves is 38 °, while the shelves and partitions of the sections are made of bars connected by welding, on the shelves there are connecting loops made of rod, in the ears of which there are self-tapping screws connecting the shelf with the side walls, in the front part of the shelf there is a demonstration stand connected to the shelf by welding, on which product samples are installed, also the size of the holding part of the stand corresponds to the size of the placed goods .

Shelves are placed at an optimal angle to the horizontal of 38°, such an angle will allow you to simultaneously hold the product, and allows it to move one by one. A facade (6) is made in the upper part of the cabinet. The cabinet can be closed with a roller blind (8). A plinth (9) is made in the lower part of the cabinet. The shelves are fixed to the side walls (1) by means of self-tapping screws (7) (SPAX d5×20) included in the ears of the connecting loops (10). At the bottom of the shelves there is a demonstration shelf (11) made of bars and connected to the shelf by welding. Samples of goods are placed on the demonstration shelf (11), the size of the holding part of the stand corresponds to the size of the placed goods, in this case, the size of a pack of cigarettes.

The cabinet with gravity shelves provides easy extraction of tobacco products, has a low cost and ease of implementation, and also improves the visibility of the products being sold, which increases the commercial attractiveness of the goods.
