Drum has front window closed with cover and at least three longitudinal windows positioned along parameter of drum. Brushes mounted in holders are positioned in longitudinal windows. Toothed wheels are mounted on shafts in the vicinity of each brush outside drum for engagement with central toothed wheel mounted on tank wall.
