Abstract
Description
The invention relates to the oil industry, in particular to increase oil recovery and reduce water cut in producing wells.
A known method of regulating the injectivity profile of an injection well, the essence of which is to isolate a zone of a formation with high permeability from a zone of a formation with low permeability by separately injecting sodium silicate into a highly permeable zone and a gelation activator in a low-permeable section of the formation [1]
The disadvantage of this method is that for the insulation work requires an additional process step to install one or two packers. Such work is practically impossible in a production casing with a large perforation interval and a high density of perforations.
Separate injection of components does not provide complete mixing of the components and create an insulating screen.
The closest solution taken as a prototype is a method of isolating the zones of absorption and inflow of formation water into the well, the essence of which is the subsequent injection into the reservoir of waste oil treatment, then separate injection of an aqueous solution of bischofite and an aqueous solution of sodium silicate [2]
The disadvantage of this method is that this method cannot provide high-quality and long-term isolation for two reasons. The first is that oil treatment waste has a fairly high viscosity at a temperature of 20 o C, but at a formation temperature of 60 o -80 o C their viscosity decreases sharply, and since the system does not have a crosslinked structure, the composition will be replaced by injected water. The second separate injection of the components does not provide complete mixing of the reagents in the formation and does not guarantee the formation of sediment in sufficient quantities for a stable barrier in the absorption zones.
The objective of the invention is to increase oil recovery and reduce water cut in produced oil by isolating fractured, washed zones and highly permeable formations and increasing the filtration resistance of intervals with medium permeability.
The problem is achieved in that in the known method, which includes sequential injection of two compositions into the formation, the compositions are pumped with different consistencies, while the first composition is injected with a sediment-forming composition, giving a coarse bulk sediment, and as a second composition, a gel-forming composition is reinforced, which strengthens the structure of the insulating screen.
To obtain two different insulating compositions using the same components, but in different ratios.
The precipitating composition contains sodium silicate (potassium), calcium chloride, sodium chloride and water, in the following ratio, wt.
sodium chloride 1.0-2.0
calcium chloride 0.5-0.7
water rest
The gelling composition also includes sodium silicate (potassium), calcium chloride and water in the following ratios, wt.
calcium chloride 0.4-0.5
fresh water the rest
The proposed composition allows the use of mineralized water for the preparation of a gelling composition. For this, a complexing agent is additionally introduced into the composition to prevent the instantaneous precipitation of silicon oxide and obtain a high-quality gel. In this case, the composition is prepared in the following ratio of ingredients, wt.
calcium chloride 0.4-0.5
complexing agent 0.1-0.5
mineralized water the rest
To bind the calcium cation, carboxyl-containing complexones widely used in the oil industry can be used, such as the disodium salt of ethylenediaminetetroacetic acid (Na 2 EDTA) - Trilon B, and nitrilotrimethylene phosphonic acid NTP.
Comparative analysis with the prototype shows that the inventive method differs from the known components of the injected compositions and their consistency, which allows us to conclude that the proposed technical solution meets the criterion of "novelty."
An analysis of the known methods for equalizing the injectivity profile and the formation of blocking zones in the formation during flooding showed that dispersed systems or gel-forming compositions are used to increase the filtering resistance of the formation, however, the fame of the characteristics indicated in the formula has not been found, therefore it can be concluded that the specified set of features meets the criterion " inventive step ".
The invention consists in the following.
As the first solution, a sediment-forming composition is pumped into the well. The components of the composition are mixed at the wellhead using a hydraulic activator. The latter provides complete mixing of the components and the maximum formation of sediment. The dispersion of the precipitate formed can be controlled by the content of sodium chloride in the solution. When the content of sodium chloride is more than 1%, a coarse bulk sediment of silicon oxide is obtained, which clogs small cracks, highly permeable washed zones and zones with medium permeability, increasing their filtration resistances, and does not violate the filtration properties of low permeable formations.
The second solution is a gelling composition. The mixing of the components of the gel-forming composition also occurs with the help of a hydroactivator, providing complete mixing. The viscosity of the gelling composition is close to the viscosity of water and therefore it is easily filtered into the reservoir. At elevated formation temperature, a strong gel is formed having a shear stress of shear of 150-200 Pa. The gelation time is 4-8 hours at a temperature of 20 o C and 20-100 min at a temperature of 70 o -80 o C (see table. 1.2). A gel-forming composition having a viscosity close to the viscosity of water is easily filtered through a dispersed precipitate, clogging cracks and washed highly permeable zones. During curing, the gel fixes the dispersed precipitate in its structure, which contributes to the creation of a durable screen that increases the filtering resistance of highly permeable zones for a long time.
The insulating compositions used for the implementation of the technological process according to the proposed method are notable for simplicity of preparation, minimal content of components.
Sodium silicate, calcium chloride and sodium are not scarce and not expensive. These substances are harmless and environmentally friendly.
