Полезная модель относится к области текстильной промышленности и к постельным принадлежностям и может быть использована при пошиве простыней для матрасов. Задачей полезной модели является упрощение гигиены спального места и усовершенствование существующих моделей простыней. Данная задача решается с помощью простыни водонепроницаемой цельной, состоящей из нижней базовой части, выполненной в виде цельной чаши, покрывающей борта, всю нижнюю плоскость и частично верхнюю плоскость матраса, верхнего листа простыни, соединяющегося с базовой частью по двум длинным (долевым) граням посредством крепления, одна из частей которого пришита у края сменного верхнего листа простыни на его изнаночной стороне с необходимым отступом, а вторая часть пришита на изнаночную сторону вдоль длинного (долевого) края боковой стенки базовой части по обеим сторонам, отличающейся тем, что простыня содержит боковые ниши-карманы, в которые вставляется матрас по обеим коротким (поперечным) сторонам, а также защитный непромокаемый лист, который стелется на верхнюю плоскость матраса под верхний лист простыни и крепится к базовой части на ее верхней плоскости.
