The invention relates to the field of devices designed to protect hands from the effects of the environment, for example, rain, snow or low temperatures, namely, devices containing a housing with a transparent insert, made in the form of a glove with a cuff.

State of the art

A device for protecting hands from environmental influences during operation of a mobile phone is known from the prior art, comprising a housing with a transparent insert made in the form of a glove with a cuff, described in utility model patent No. 173841, published in 2017.

This device is the closest in technical essence to the claimed utility model and is taken as a prototype for the proposed utility model. The disadvantage of this device is the inconvenience of placing the phone inside the device and its subsequent removal, as well as the inconvenience of using the hand itself, if necessary, pull it out. It is necessary to perform many actions, namely to remove the mitten completely. At the same time, even simple use of a mobile phone requires disconnecting the cleat buttons, folding the textile panel.

That is, the problem to be solved by the present utility model is to improve the usability of the device by simplifying the ability to pull out the hand together with the phone or the ability to use the hand without removing the mittens from the hand.

Thanks to this advantageous feature, it becomes possible to pull out your hand along with the phone or use your hand without removing your mittens. You just need to unfasten the clasp.

There is an advantageous variant of the utility model, in which the fastener has a bend on that lateral side of the mitten, which is located on the opposite side of the protrusion for the thumb.

This advantageous feature makes it possible to further ensure ease of positioning and removing the mobile phone inside the device. The mobile phone does not get stuck.

There is another variant of the utility model, in which the fastener is made in the form of a zipper.

Thanks to this advantageous characteristic, it becomes possible to make a particular fastener when it is in the form of a zipper.

Finally, there is such a variant of the utility model, in which the body has a protrusion for accommodating the thumb, the dimensions of which are chosen in such a way as to allow the thumb to move independently between the space inside the protrusion and the area of the mobile phone screen when it is placed inside the device.

Thanks to this advantageous feature, it becomes possible to control the mobile phone screen with the thumb from the inside, while retaining the ability to use the hand when the thumb is under its protrusion.

The set of essential features of the proposed utility model is unknown from the prior art for devices of a similar purpose, which makes it possible to conclude that the criterion of "novelty" is met for the utility model.

As shown in FIG. 1-7 a device for protecting hands from environmental influences during operation of a mobile phone, comprising a body 1 with a transparent insert 2, body 1 is made in the form of a glove with a cuff 3. The body 1 has a fastener 4 located in the part opposite to the cuff 3, when the size of the clasp in the unbuttoned state was chosen from consideration of the possibility of placing inside the mittens of a mobile phone.

The dimensions of the projection 6 are chosen in such a way as to allow the thumb to move independently between the space inside the projection and the area of the screen of the mobile phone, when it is located inside the device. This is important to improve the usability of the device.

Implementation of the utility model

The device for protecting the hands from environmental influences when using a mobile phone is used as follows.

Stage 1. Place the device on the hand, putting it on like a regular mitten. See fig. 2.

Step 2. Unbutton the clasp 4.

Stage 3. Place the mobile phone inside the device. Since the device is equipped with a transparent insert, predominantly there is a silicone anti-freeze protective screen (window), then the entire screen of the mobile phone is visible through it.

The mobile phone is operated with a thumb, which, inside the device, easily moves from the phone to the thumb-holder and back. See fig. 3.

Alternatively, the mobile phone is operated from the outside with the other hand, since you can press the phone from above through the screen, since the transparent insert is made of a material that allows you to control the mobile phone screen with a finger from the outside. See fig. 4.

Stage 4. Since the fastener is mainly made in the form of a zipper, it allows you to quickly pull out a mobile phone and, for example, take a picture of something, and then return it back. Or it allows you to pull out your hand along with the phone and use your hand without removing the mitten. See fig. 5.

Stage 5. If necessary, unfasten the fastener, take out your hand and you can grab the handle (in public transport) or hold something without removing your mittens. See fig. 6.

Industrial applicability

A device for protecting hands from environmental influences during operation of a mobile phone can be implemented by a specialist in practice and, when implemented, ensures the implementation of the declared purpose. The possibility of implementation by a specialist in practice follows from the fact that for each feature included in the formula of a utility model based on the description, a material equivalent is known, which allows us to conclude that the criterion "industrial applicability" for the utility model, as well as the criterion "completeness of disclosure" for utility model.

In accordance with the proposed utility model, the applicant has made a prototype device for protecting hands from environmental influences during the operation of a mobile phone.

Experimental operation of such a device has shown that, in comparison with analogs, it becomes very convenient to use the device, transferring it to various states: working (with a phone inside), non-working (when the fastener is unbuttoned and the hand is stuck out.

Thus, due to the fact that the body has a fastener located in the part opposite to the cuff, while the size of the fastener in the unbuttoned state is chosen from the consideration of the possibility of placing a mobile phone inside the glove, and the claimed technical result is achieved, namely: increasing the ease of use of the device by simplifying the ability to pull out your hand with the phone or use your hand without removing your mittens.

An additional technical result achieved by the claimed utility model is that it becomes possible to freely move the fingers, especially the thumb, and the hand together with the phone inside the proposed device. In addition, this device also saves the battery charge of the mobile phone, that is, it allows you to operate your mobile phone for a longer time, compared to if it was used without this device outdoors at subzero temperatures.
