Abstract

FIELD: construction. SUBSTANCE: pit is dug out and existing brook 3 is partitioned. Accumulated water is withdrawn to the other side of pipeline 4. Flexible channel 1 is laid into drained brook bottom and, with the aid of wire rope located under pipeline 4, channel 1 is pulled downstream the brook up to the equal distance of channel ends from the center of pipeline 4. Then, heads 2 are brought into ends of flexible channel 1. Flexible water conveyance channel 1 is tightly pressed to bottom of brook 3 on the lower part of half-perimeter of pipeline 4. Panel 5 of nonwoven synthetic material is laid over flexible channel 1 and pipe 4 from its center, and its ends are secured by filled ground. EFFECT: preserved insulation, excluded labor input for water conveyance with pipeline laid in embankment for transportation of medium with positive temperature. 2 dwg

Description

The invention relates to the laying of trunk pipelines during their construction and repair and can be used in the construction of culverts under embankments.
A culvert is known, including rows of car tires located close to one another with the formation of a closed loop. The rows of tires are connected by rigid load-bearing elements arranged at the ends of the rows, pulled together by rods (see ed. Certificate of the USSR N 1719528, 1993).
A disadvantage of the known device is that the culvert contains material-intensive and significant volumes of car tires, which complicates their use in cramped conditions. In addition, the connection of tires with rigid elements, for example, in the channel of a stream with a depth less than their diameter, has no technical meaning, and filling the cavity of tires with hardening material reduces the throughput of the structure.
A culvert construction under the embankment is known, containing a filter part made of stone and located on a cushion, an insulating layer placed on its surface and channels for passing water (see ed. Certificate of the USSR N 1740528, 1992).
The disadvantages of the above culvert, taken as a prototype, it should be considered that the embankment made of stone narrows the throughput section, in cramped conditions it requires the use of manual labor, helps to increase the level of the water mirror, creating additional loads on the pipeline.
The aim of the invention is the preservation of isolation and the elimination of labor costs to ensure the passage of water in the presence of a pipe laid in an embankment for transporting a medium with a positive temperature.
The layout of the culvert under the embankment is shown in FIG. 1 and 2.
In FIG. 1 shows a cross-section through a culvert under an embankment; in FIG. 2 elastic channel 1 with rigid heads 2.
The elastic channel 1 with rigid heads 2 is laid in the channel of the stream 3 under the pipe 4, on the top of the pipe 4 and channel 1 there is a sheet 5 with pinched ends on top of the panel with a soil fill 6 in the form of a roller 7.
The culvert is mounted as follows. Previously, for the convenience of work, a sump (in the FIG. Not shown) is dug up the stream for 15–20 m from the pipeline to the top of the stream and the current creek 3 is blocked. With drainage technology, water is accumulated in the pit (not shown in the FIG.), And it is diverted to the other side pipeline 4.
In the drained channel of the stream 3, the elastic channel 1 is laid out and with the help of a cable (not shown in Fig.) Located under the pipe 4, the channel is dragged downstream of the stream 3 until the ends of the channel are equally removed from the center of the pipe 4. Then they are started from the ends of the elastic channel 1 the heads 2, while the elastic culvert 1 is pressed tightly to the bottom of the stream 3 and the side walls of the channel of the stream 3 along the lower half of the pipe perimeter 4.
At the top of the elastic channel 1 and pipe 4 from its center, a cloth 5 of non-woven synthetic material is laid out with the ends pinched with soil 6, after which the entire open section of the pipe 4 is covered with soil in the form of a roller 7 0.8-1 m from the upper forming pipe 4.
Repair of open areas using the described culvert allows you to bring them into line with the requirements of SNiP 02.05.06-85, presented to the underground method of laying pipelines. In addition, labor costs for ensuring the passage of water in the presence of a pipe laid in the embankment for transporting a medium with a positive temperature are excluded.

Claims (1)

  1.  A culvert under the embankment containing an elastic channel located in the body of the embankment, characterized in that the elastic channel is located under the working pipe located in the embankment and is made in the form of a pipe having ends at the ends of the socket, inside which rigid frames are fixed, and the structure is provided with a non-woven ceiling synthetic material laid on top of the working pipe and pipes with sockets for the entire length of the latter with fixing the ends of the overlap with soil.
