Abstract
Description
The invention relates to methods for purifying natural water from iron compounds intended for industrial and drinking water supply.
Способы характеризуются большой трудоемкостью, связанной с необходимостью замены фильтрующей загрузки (песка и др.).Known methods of iron removal of water by aeration and filtration, which consists in the fact that the water is enriched with air during aeration and filtered through the charge. As the load, quartz sand, crushed anthracite, expanded clay and other materials are used [1]
The disadvantages of these cleaning methods are the formation on the loading surface of a dense layer of iron compounds, the inability to regenerate the load and the need to periodically replace the spent load with a new one. The methods are characterized by high complexity associated with the need to replace the filter load (sand, etc.).
Так, при содержании железа более 3 мг/л в исходной воде не достигается его снижение в фильтрате до норм ПДК по ГОСТ 2874-82 на питьевую воду (0,3 мг/л).The closest in technical essence to the proposed method is a method of purifying water from iron by filtration through a porous material sintered from titanium powder with a pore size of 5-40 μm, used in the form of a pipe or plate with a wall thickness of 0.9-10.0 mm [2 ]
The disadvantages of this cleaning method are the dependence of the iron content in the filtrate on the total iron content in the source water and the wall thickness of the filter material. So, with an iron content of more than 3 mg / l in the source water, its decrease in the filtrate to the MPC norms according to GOST 2874-82 for drinking water (0.3 mg / l) is not achieved.
The purpose of the invention is to increase the degree of water purification from iron compounds with ensuring its quality according to the requirements of GOST for drinking water.
This goal is achieved by the fact that aerated water is filtered through a semi-permeable polymer membrane used in the form of tubular ultrafilters of the BTU 05/2 type (TU 6-05-2010-86).
Examples.
Aeration of natural water is carried out by bubbling compressed air into the receiver, from where water is circulated by a centrifugal pump at a pressure of 0.08. 0.35 MPa and a linear velocity of 2.5 m / s above the cellulose acetate membrane with a filtration area of 0.036 m 2 . The filtrate, passing through the membrane, is collected in a plastic casing and discharged to the filtrate receiver. The main process parameters are shown in the table (example 1, 2, 3). In examples 1, 2, water from the well of the city of Dzerzhinsk, Nizhny Novgorod Region (Teplovsky water intake) was used as the object of study. In Example 3, an imitate prepared by introducing iron sulfate (FeSO 4 • 7H 2 O) into tap water was used. In examples 4, 5, water was taken from a well in the city of Noyabrsk, Tyumen region (City water intake). In these examples, water was supplied to a column filled with expanded clay, and then to the membrane block, similarly to the above examples, at a pressure of 0.08.0.15 MPa and a linear velocity above the membrane of 2.3 m / s with a filtrate capacity of up to 200 l / h.
2.The membrane block consisted of two BTU 05/2 tubular ultrafilters with a polysulfone membrane with a total filtration area of 1 m 2 .
It should be noted that a decrease in pressure below 0.08 MPa and a flow rate above the membrane below 2 m / s leads to a sharp decrease in filtrate performance, and an increase in pressure above 0.35 MPa and a flow rate above the membrane above 5 m / s leads to an increase in energy consumption .
According to the table, the deferrization of natural water by the proposed method provides the necessary quality indicators of water for drinking and productive supply.
