Abstract
Description
The invention relates to medicine, in particular to surgical dentistry, and can be used in the surgical treatment of periodontitis, periodontitis, cysts, benign neoplasms of the jaw, as well as in the setting of dental implants.
In medical practice, for the repair of bone cavities in the jaw, such means for reparative osteogenesis as iodoform, paraffin, spermaceti, autostone pieces, antibiotics with a blood clot, preserved cadaveric cartilage, lyophilized bone gravel, mummy and many other materials are known. Each of them has one or another advantage, but not always these agents provide an osteogenic, antiseptic, hemostatic effect and immune inertness. In addition, there are difficulties associated with the receipt and storage of plastic material and the industrial manufacture of dosage forms convenient for use.
ж. 88 г. т. 35, 1, с. 33-34). The prototype was taken as a tool described in the article of the Romanian journal "Stomatologie" in the form of granular hydroxylopathitis used in a mixture with autoblood (see Burlibazal, Basilin D, Tabech H. Use of implanted ceramic materials based on hydroxylopathites in surgical dentistry. Room. J. Dentistry 88 g. T. 35, 1, p. 33-34).
This drug contributes to the process of reparative osteogenesis and is made in the form of granules of 0.2-1.8 mm hydroxylopathite, collected in a special syringe in which the granules are mixed with the patient's blood until a thick mass is formed, and then it is introduced into the bone cavity. This tool does not have an anti-inflammatory effect, in addition, only the patient’s blood is needed for its use, which leads to its unnecessary injury. The effect of this agent is also reduced by the fact that there is no uniform distribution of granules in the bone, as well as by the fact that the hydroxylopathite granules are quite large, so the contact area of the agent with the surrounding biological tissue is small.
The purpose of the proposed composition is to increase the efficiency of the process of reparative osteogenesis in postoperative bone cavities while providing an anti-inflammatory, hemostatic and prolonged effect, as well as providing the possibility of long-term storage of the product in a ready-to-use sterile form.
This goal is achieved by the fact that in the proposed new material for the restoration of bone tissue containing hydroxylopathite, in contrast to the prototype and according to the invention, it additionally contains lyophilized honsuride and tricalcium phosphate in the following mass ratio wt.
2. honsurid 75 ± 10
3. tricalcium phosphate 9 ± 3
Honsuride predominates in the composition, which is a polysaccharide of animal origin and is made in the form of lyophilized powder.
Each of the components affects the optimization of reparative osteogenesis in different directions.
So, honsuride affects the synthesis of collagen, hydroxylopathitis, the insoluble bioactive mineral is osseointegrated, and tricalcium phosphate, which is absorbable in the body, provides bone mineralization.
A new combination of these components creates such a fibrous-porous material in which a uniform distribution of particles of bioactive ceramics (tricalcium phosphate and hydroxylopathitis) is achieved in the bone cavity, and such a new property (uniform distribution of particles) provides the most optimal process of reparative osteogenesis, there is no possibility of leaching of bioactive particles by current blood, provides anti-inflammatory hemostatic effect. The material is immunologically inert. Easy to manufacture and store. Available to domestic industry, as the components of the new material are known and approved by the Committee on New Medical Technology of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation for the clinical use of the new form of honsonide lyophilized powder (protocol 1 from 02.25.93) and powders of hydroxylopathite and tricalcium phosphate (protocol 11 from 12.26.91).
The authors are not aware of such a combination of components, which in this technical solution and which would provide a similar effect. On this basis, we can conclude that the new material has novelty and corresponds to an inventive step.
This ratio of component masses was found experimentally. Moreover, the most optimal ratio is honsuride 75 g, hydroxylopathitis 16 g, tricalcium phosphate 9 g.
