Abstract
Description
The invention relates to the electrical industry, in particular the production of electric incandescent lamps.
Known lighting lamps containing a glass bulb, tubular pendants, wire pendants, a metal base, an insulating plastic filler, in which a contact metal cap of one of the electrodes of the incandescent circuit is fixed in the center of the top of the base. The second electrode of the glow circuit is connected to a metal base. An incandescent thread is fixed at the ends of the electrodes, which is additionally held by wire pendants [1]
When a single filament burns out in a lamp, the entire listed arsenal of nodes and a number of elements are discarded. This disadvantage is further enhanced by the fact that, in addition to a burnt incandescent filament, all other nodes, parts and elements of the lamp, and most of them, could serve for a long time.
The prototype of the invention is an incandescent lamp containing a glass bulb, tubular glass pendants (staff), a metal base, the main and at least one spare filament, wire pendants for filament and, accordingly, additional elements, one of which is equipped with a contact terminal in the form of a flexible plate pressed to the contact cap of one of the main electrodes through an insulating gasket, and the other main electrode is soldered to the base and is common for the main and spare bodies and [2]
The invention solves the problem of improving the reliability of contacting and simplifying the assembly.
To solve the problem in a combination lamp in accordance with the invention, the contact plates are connected to the electrode on the inside of the base insulating filler, and the electrode connected to the metal base is branched with spare additional processes of the electrodes to the wire pendants, their ends directed towards the corresponding filaments.
The drawing shows a longitudinal section of the proposed lamp lighting, based on a number of filaments.
The electric lamp contains a glass flask 1, a glass tube suspension 2, a metal base 3, a basement base electrode 4, a branching of the basement electrode on additional electrodes of various glow circuits 5, a central main electrode 6, a metal contact cap 7, additional spare electrodes 8, plate metal contacts 9 , electrical insulating plate seal of the cap 10, electrical insulating embedded gasket 11, high-resistance filament 12. The wire suspension of the channel threads are not shown.
In a glass flask 1, the filaments can be arranged as follows: in one horizontal plane, with a ladder, at any angle to the horizontal, vertically and in any other combined version.
All electrodes at the outlet of the tube suspension, if necessary, can have any length and freely deviate to either side of the bulb and from each other, to any size of the filament. For this, the glass bulb of the lamp may have any desired three-dimensional shape.
The inclusion of an electric lamp is carried out in a conventional power socket and in the usual way. An incandescent plate contact 9, which is located at the very top of the formed stack of plate auxiliary contacts, and an electrode of this contact, on which one end of the filament is fixed, initially enter into the operation of the incandescent circuit. The second end of the filament is fixed to an additional spare branching of the electrode, which is soldered to a metal base. Through the contact of the lamp base and the upper plate contact, a single glow circuit is formed, i.e. everything is the same as in a conventional light bulb.
When the first filament is burned from under the upper plate contact, simply lifting the contact up removes the electrical insulating gasket and a new filament circuit is switched on. Next is the order in which the lamellar additional contacts are stacked in the resulting contact pack. Contacts of spare glow chains can be much larger.
If the proposed light bulb provides for the simultaneous inclusion of all available bulbs of filaments by removing all embedded electrical insulating gaskets from under the plate contacts, then for this the volumetric size of the glass bulb should be increased.
It is possible to install spare filaments with different capacities. Then, with the help of electrical insulating embedded gaskets and some metal plate with a jumper attached by the manufacturer to such a lamp, it is possible to separately switch on any filament, according to the chosen need.
Along with the foregoing, an increase in the service life for certain filaments, which are switched on sequentially after the first burned-out filament, is provided.
This is due to the fact that the filaments, which are switched on sequentially behind the first burned filament, undergo specific environmental conditions in a glass flask, the filaments not involved in the operation are surrounded by an alternating magnetic field, from the spiral of the involved filament. The surface of the filament is electronically bombarded in conjunction with the powerful exposure to intense light and high temperature.
Under such conditions, the filaments heal all defects with them both on the surface and in the volume of its mass, at the atomic level. And defects of this kind in the material of the filament are more than enough, because tungsten is generally poorly processed in the manufacture of filaments and techniques to eliminate surface defects have not been developed.
The economic feasibility of introducing the proposal at the lamp plants is self-evident and does not require special evidence.
In modern conditions, the main thing is that implementation in production will not require additional equipment and any new technological techniques in the phased assembly of lighting lamps.
