The utility model refers to the light industry, in particular to the sewing industry, and allows you to expand the functionality of the backpack through the use of the principles of transformation, in particular, into a mat, which can be used for relaxing on the beach, in the park, playing sports, for various developmental games children, as well as bedside for the bedroom, depending on its application.

Depending on the design, backpacks can be frameless and frameless. The frameless backpack is a duffel bag with insertable barrels and a bottom.

Already in 1882, in the army of the Russian Empire, along with the satchels, a waterproof canvas duffel bag was introduced into circulation. Convenience and simplicity of design made it a long-liver. Many manufacturers are trying to make backpacks smart, integrate solar panels and batteries, GPS sensors, special safety elements and transforming the design of the backpack to create comfort, which is why they are called transformer backpacks.

However, transforming backpacks are called not only backpacks that change their functions as a result of transformation, but also backpacks that perform several functions, for example, a backpack bag, as well as backpacks designed for specific people of various specialties to carry and fix professional tools.

It should be noted that the opposite process is also observed, when transformable clothes in the form of a vest, raincoat, overalls are transformed into a backpack, as well as furniture: a table, a chair, a bed.

Known in the art are backpacks transformable into a bed, chair, table (No. 1642429), into a tent (No. 2019116), mattress, sleeping bag (201168), etc.

Known combined backpack containing a duffel bag with straps, fixed on the frame, the sides of which have longitudinal grooves, and one of them has a latch in the lower part. The utility model relates to tourist accessories, in particular, to the device of a backpack that can be converted into a camping seat, and is intended for use in a hike, transport and other movements. The technical result is ease of use and increased reliability of the structure.

Its disadvantage is the complication of the design of the backpack due to the use of metal frames that form the seat.

The unfolding of the backpack is a sequentially located top flap, back, bottom and front wall, the sides of which are connected to the first and second side walls, while the sweep around the perimeter is equipped with a zipper with locks, one end of which is fixed at the junction of the front wall, bottom and the first side wall, and the second end is fixed at the junction of the front wall, the bottom and the second side wall, and the backpack is equipped with anatomical stretchable shoulder straps, a vertical sling with a length regulator is fixed on the lower side of each strap, and the back of the backpack is made of soft material.

The proposed design of the backpack options allows you to expand the functionality due to the stretchable straps and the transformation of the backpack body into a flat product for seating one person, and as a consequence, the simplification of the manufacturing process by connecting individual parts only in the plane.

The disadvantages of the known technical solution include the fact that the backpack is deployed by means of snakes (zippers) connecting its individual elements, but this reduces the operational capabilities of the backpack, tk. snakes fail for various reasons (break, rust, etc.), so it is impossible to scan. In addition, the presence of them and the adjustable straps complicates the design of the backpack.

Known is a frameless camping backpack, which contains a base adjacent to the back and four openable petals (valves), forming with the base in the assembled position a shell and in the open position a cruciform of the petals, the shape of a backpack, two adjustable shoulder straps and a handle, fixed on the outer side of the shell of the backpack. At the same time, on the inner side of the base, a foldable tape is fixed, provided with a strip of divided pockets made with the possibility of insertion. In the assembled position of the backpack, the petals are stacked overlapping each other and fastened with fastening straps located at the ends of the protrusions of the outer surface of the petals. In this case, the fastening belts are equipped with a detachable buckle-fastener fastening the petals. In addition, the fastening straps of each petal are made with the possibility of adjusting their length. (Patent No. 187294, published on February 28, 2019). For the manufacture of a camping frameless backpack, standard purchased accessories, materials and sewing equipment are used, which indicates the industrial applicability of the proposed technical solution. In fact, a transformer backpack can perform the functions of a seat (sweep) or a specialized backpack with fastening of the accessories nested in it (assembled).

Fully expandable, easy to wash. Some models of backpacks can be used as a bag, carried on one shoulder, while the straps are removed in a special pocket.

The disadvantages include the complication of the design due to the presence of buckles, as well as the fact that the adhesive tape for attaching accessories and petals loses its properties over time.

The closest technical solution to the claimed technical solution is the backpack described in the RF patent for utility model No. 63654 (IPC A45F 3/04, publ. 10.06.2007). The known backpack contains a soft shell, a system of its suspension to the human body, one or more soft tape ties tightening the shell, connected to this shell with the possibility of opening them (dividing into two parts) or detaching from the shell at least one from the ends of the screeds, and elements of the detachable connection of the screeds with the shell or parts of the screeds to each other. The ties are placed inside the backpack and are connected at one end to the part of the above-mentioned shell adjacent to the back, and by the other ends to its opposite part. The known backpack is simple in design and improves the conditions for the fit of the backpack to the back of a person, and when unfolded can be used as a seat or pillow.

The disadvantage of the backpack described above is the limited functional applicability, since the transformation of the body of the backpack into a flat product for sitting one person does not provide for other functions, as well as the impossibility of placing objects in this backpack, the flattening of which is impractical.

The objective of the claimed utility model is to expand the functionality of the transforming backpack, which can be transformed into a rug, by expanding its use for various purposes, as well as increasing the convenience of its operation.

The technical result of the utility model consists in using the inventive transforming backpack as a rug on the beach, as a sleeping place for rest.

The technical result is achieved due to the fact that in the known backpack-transformer, made with the possibility of its transformation, which contains the bag one or more straps tightening the shell of the bag, connected to this shell with the possibility of opening the bag shell in the out-of-operation position of the backpack, namely:

- the side of the bag adjacent to the back is made in the form of a rectangle, the height of which is greater than the height of the backpack; and the sides of the rectangle are provided with petals;

- the rectangle and petals are made with the possibility of bending to place them inside the bag shell;

- after transformation, the backpack takes the form of a rug.

In addition, the backpack is made of textile and elastic materials, for example: cotton, linen, synthetic, blended, as well as in combination with padding polyester, wadding or polypropylene, and the front part of the backpack is equipped with at least one patch or slit pocket, moreover cords, soft tapes or belts are used as ties.

The implementation of the side of the bag adjacent to the back, as it is proposed to perform it, makes it possible to transform the backpack into a rug by turning out the seamy part of the bag and then unrolling the petals.

The quality of the backpack-transformer can be judged by the material from which it is made, tk. it should be fairly strong, moisture-proof, but breathable, and easy to wash. These conditions are important criteria for choosing a backpack. Based on these criteria, it is advisable to use the above textile and elastic materials for the manufacture of a backpack.

In a particular backpack, cords are used as ties, but in principle, soft tapes (straps) or belts can be used as ties.

The proposed design of the backpack is mainly intended for children and adolescents, therefore it is proposed to make it from a colorful and bright fabric, equipped with elements that contribute to the development of children's intelligence, and should also be interesting for an adult user.

At the request of the user, the front part of the backpack can be supplemented with various elements or other accessories, for example, various fittings.

The product is a backpack that, when turned on the wrong side, becomes a full-fledged rug for relaxing on the beach, in the park, playing sports, or for games that develop the intellectual abilities of children, as well as a bedside rug for the bedroom. Depending on the design of the fabric, the rug can be supplemented with additional functions: animated pictures, light, decorative elements, various types of sewing accessories (zipper, buttons, buttons, rivets, etc.), as well as, with the possibility of sound accompaniment, including including when using hardware and software applications. The product can be supplemented with additional pockets in order to increase functionality.

The general view of the backpack (Fig. 1) shows bag 1, drawstrings 2 and 3 through which, respectively, ties 4, 5 are threaded with the subsequent transition to drawstring 3, the ends of the ties are fixed in the lower corners of bag 1 and perform the function of tightening the backpack in the working (assembled) position.

Figure 2 shows a view from the side of the back 6, except for those known from Fig. 1, positions 2, 3, 4, 5 show the petals 7, which are the folding side walls of the rectangle 9, the horizontal fold line 8 of the rectangle and the seamy part of the rug 10.

Figure 3 shows the seamy rectangular part of the rug after turning out the front side of the backpack. In the figure, in addition to the seamy side of the backpack (1 and 6), one can see: drawstring 2 and drawstring 3, attached to the seamy side of mat 6, as well as ties 4 and 5 threaded through drawstrings 2 and 3, which are inside the backpack, and their ends are fixed in the corners of the backpack ... The inner layer of the mat can be made of padding polyester, batting, polyethylene, expanded polystyrene, foamed polyethylene, laminated foil and other materials, depending on the wishes of the Consumer.

The size of the backpack depends on the user, which can be not only children and adolescents, but also adults and the elderly, depending on their anthropological data. The design of the rug may vary.

The transformation of a backpack into a rug occurs in the following order. When arriving at the beach or other resting place, using zip ties 4, 5. open the bag and take out the part inserted into the bag, from the side adjacent to the back (Fig. 2.)

Then, turn the front of the backpack 1 and drawstrings 2 to the wrong side. As a result, we get the seamy side with folded petals 7 (Fig. 3). As already noted above, on the seamy side of the rug, the front of the backpack is visible, as well as drawstrings 2, 3, as well as ties 4, 5 threaded through drawstrings 2 and 3 with fixed ends inside in the lower corners of the backpack.

Turning the rug 10 over from the seamy side to the front colored side with a pattern (Fig. 5). The mat 10 is ready for use for the intended purpose: a lying mat, bedspread or bedside mat, etc.

Assembling the backpack-transformer is carried out in the reverse order.

The backpack manufacturing technology is simple and will not cause any difficulties, therefore, the technical solution meets the criterion of patentability "industrial applicability".

The advantage of the proposed technical solution over the known technical solutions is ease of manufacture, expansion of operational capabilities and versatility of the use of a backpack-transformer.

Currently, several samples of convertible backpacks have been made and preliminary negotiations have been held with sewing workshops, which are potential manufacturers of the product.
