Abstract
Description
The invention relates to the clothing industry, namely, hot-melt adhesive materials used in the manufacture of clothing (coats, suits, dresses, men's shirts and other types of clothing).
Known hot-melt adhesive materials for clothing (Koketkin P. P. Mechanical and physico-chemical methods of joining parts of garments. M. Light and food industry, 1983, S. 130-134), consisting of a textile base, which is used as a fabric or non-woven material and on one side of which points of adhesive are applied. Polymers based on copolyamides PA-12/6 6.6 and PA-6,3,6 / 610, low or high pressure polyethylene are used as adhesive. The adhesive substance on the surface of the textile base is applied in the form of a solid powder of different dispersion.
A disadvantage of the known hot-melt adhesive cushioning materials is the inability to reuse them after peeling from the garment part due to the adhesive used.
5000. As the closest analogue, a hot-melt adhesive material for clothes (TU 17-21-335-80. A gasket material with regular dot adhesive coating), which is a fabric or non-woven fabric of various fibrous composition, coated on one side with a polymer in the form of dots of polyamide powders, was taken grades platamide N-105P, platamide N-005RA, grilltex 1P-82, vegtamide T-250, westamide T-350, shettifik 5000.
The disadvantage of this known solution is the possibility of only one-time use of cushioning material and the impossibility of its multiple use after delamination of the adhesive joint due to the applied adhesive coating.
The invention solves the problem of expanding the range of hot-melt adhesive cushioning materials. This is achieved by the fact that in a hot-melt adhesive cushioning material for clothes, which is a fabric or non-woven fabric of various fibrous composition, coated on one side with a polymer in the form of dots, the polymer coating is obtained from an aqueous dispersion of the emulsion 211, and a fabric or non-woven material is used as the textile base while the drying time of the emulsion 211 on the surface of the textile base is less than the absorption time.
применение в качестве клеевого покрытия водной дисперсии эмульсара 211, представляющего собой продукт сополимеризации бутилового эфира акриловой кислоты, метилового эфира метакриловой кислоты и метакриловой кислоты;
Thus, in relation to the closest analogue, the proposed material has the following significant differences:
the use as an adhesive coating of an aqueous dispersion of an emulsion 211, which is a product of the copolymerization of butyl ether of acrylic acid, methyl ester of methacrylic acid and methacrylic acid;
the use as a textile basis of a material for which the absorption time of the aqueous dispersion of the emulsion 211 is longer than its drying time on its surface.
The use of an aqueous dispersion of emulsion 211 as an adhesive coating provides high adhesive properties of the cushioning material, which will expand the range of hot-melt cushioning materials and improve their properties.
The use of a material as a textile base, the absorption in which the aqueous dispersion of emulsifier 211 requires more time than the latter dries on the surface of the material, ensures that the adhesive coating is located strictly on the surface of the textile material, the adhesive coating is completely involved in the formation of adhesive joints, which allows the use of hot-melt adhesive material repeatedly.
The first example of the practical use of the material.
Испытывали клеевые соединения, которые получали с применением разных термоклеевых прокладочных материалов;
по ближайшему аналогу с термоклеевым прокладочным материалом арт.9355100/1, представляющим собой нетканое полотно с клеевым покрытием с одной стороны в виде регулярных точек из полиамидного порошка грилтекс 1Р-82 (Швейцария).Tested adhesive compounds, which were obtained using different hot-melt adhesive cushioning materials;
according to the closest analogue with hot-melt adhesive material art.9355100 / 1, which is a non-woven fabric with an adhesive coating on one side in the form of regular dots of griltex 1P-82 polyamide powder (Switzerland).
Время высыхания капель эмульсара 211 составило 30 сек. according to the invention with hot-melt adhesive cushioning materials, which are a textile base (shown in Table 1), with a single-sided adhesive in the form of irregular dots obtained by spraying an aqueous dispersion of the emulsion 211 and removing the solvent (water). The drying time of the drops of emulsar 211 was 30 seconds.
Hot-melt adhesive materials were glued together with a shabby cotton cloth art. H9057 at a temperature of 150 o C, a pressure of 0.3 kPa for 15 seconds. The resulting adhesive compounds were tested for bonding strength immediately after preparation, and then after washing.
1. The test results are given in table. 1.
From the table. 1 it can be seen that with the use of emulsion 211 only hot-melt adhesive material, in which non-woven art is used as a textile base. 9355147, provides a durable adhesive bonding comparable in strength to the prototype.
This is only possible because the emulsion 211 is not absorbed into the non-woven art. 9355147, dries on its surface, turning into adhesive points, i.e. the drying time of the emulsar 211, less than the time it is absorbed into the textile material. As a result of this, the adhesive points are fully involved in the formation of a strong adhesive bond.
If emulsar 211 is very quickly absorbed into the textile base, as is the case for art. 3248 and art. 10160, the resulting hot-melt adhesive cushioning material does not form strong adhesive joints due to the partial penetration of the adhesive inside. Therefore, with the formation of adhesive joints, the contact area of the adhesive with materials is small.
Of the investigated textile foundations, only art. 9355147 ensures the fulfillment of the condition specified in the claims: "the fabric or nonwoven fabric has a time of absorption of the dispersion more than the time of its drying on its surface."
The second example of the practical use of the material.
After five washes, the adhesive joints were delaminated, and then the hot-melt adhesive material was again glued under the same conditions to another sample of shrimp fabric art. H9057. After gluing, the adhesive joint was destroyed with the determination of its strength. The tests were carried out until the adhesive strength did not become equal to zero.
2. The results are shown in table. 2.
From the table. 2 shows that with the repeated and subsequent use of both hot-melt adhesive materials according to the closest analogue and according to the invention, the strength of adhesive joints decreases. However, the adhesive ability by analog completely disappears after the 2nd application.
On the contrary, according to the invention, the adhesive ability of the hot-melt adhesive material is retained when used for 4 times.
The results of table 2 indicate the possibility of repeated use of hot-melt adhesive cushioning material according to the invention.
This will make it possible to easily eliminate defects in adhesive joints during sewing without running through to cutting new cushioning materials.
расширение ассортимента прокладочных материалов для швейных изделий;
In relation to the prototype, the proposed material has the following advantages:
expanding the range of cushioning materials for clothing;
the possibility of repeated use.
Thus, the use of the proposed material will improve the quality of the obtained garments, improve the process of sewing them, will allow to correct the marriage when duplicating parts, without spending new materials.
