Abstract
1. Способ изготовления заводных пружин, при котором из металлического материала вырубают заготовку требуемой длины, выполняют крепежное отверстие на одном конце заготовки, промывают заготовку, на конце заготовки с крепежным отверстием осуществляют формовку двух плоских спиральных витков, а на противоположном конце навивку заготовки в плоскую спираль производят в направлении, противоположном направлению двух ранее сформованных витков, после чего осуществляют термофиксацию, затем проводят перенавивку заготовки в направлении сформованных ранее двух витков и заневоливание с последующим закреплением накладки на конце заготовки, отличающийся тем, что термофиксацию осуществляют однократно при температуре 450-550oС в течение 1-4 ч на участке 0,9-0,95 общей длины заготовки с конца, не имеющего отверстия, а заневоливание проводят в кольцах при комнатной температуре.1.
