Abstract
Description
The invention relates to the field of water purification technology for domestic use, it is intended mainly for use in emergency situations during accidents at oil fields, oil refineries, pipeline transport, chemical industry enterprises, accompanied by powerful pollution of the water basin and can be used to create industrial stationary or mobile treatment plants, as well as in individual filters for the population of ecologically disadvantaged region in.
To date, numerous methods and devices have been developed for purifying water from organic and mineral contaminants using natural and synthetic adsorbents, the most effective of which are activated carbons and ion-exchange resins. Known joint use for water purification, including drinking, adsorbents of various types / 1,2 /.
The indicated methods and devices are either bulky and multi-stage, or do not provide a sufficient degree of purification and quickly lose their effectiveness under conditions of highly contaminated (up to 1 2 g / l) water products of oil, which is typical for emergencies and normal water supply conditions in oil-producing regions of Russia. In addition, they, as a rule, do not provide a comprehensive purification of oil-contaminated water from heavy metals and other harmful substances.
Closest to the claimed technical solutions is the method described in / 3 / for the combined use of fibrous and powdery adsorbents, which combine the advantages and reduces the disadvantages of individual adsorbents with certain ratios between them. This approach is appropriate in cases where it allows to reduce the cost of the adsorbent without deteriorating its performance or when the effectiveness of the composition is higher than the effectiveness of each of the components separately. At the same time, the degree of wastewater treatment can be increased by a factor of 2–4 compared with individual components with an overall reduction in filtration time. So, mixtures of 60 95 perlite with 5 40 cellulose provide waste water purification from 95 to 129 times, while individually taken components reduce the iron content only 30 50 times.
However, the proposed technical solution is ineffective for deep wastewater treatment from oil products, especially at a high initial concentration and does not provide a comprehensive treatment of water from oil products and mineral impurities, and the degree of purification is not high enough.
The objective of the invention is to develop a method of purification of highly contaminated water using a composition of fibrous and powdery adsorbents, which would provide a comprehensive purification of water from oil products and mineral contaminants with high efficiency.
This goal is achieved by the fact that contaminated with oil, mineral salts and colloidal iron water is sequentially passed through a layer of cellulose activated 5 wt. the addition of oxidized atactic polypropylene, and then through a layer of a powdered adsorbent based on alumina obtained by oxidation of an ultrafine aluminum powder in an aqueous solution at a ratio of components, wt.

Model water containing 200 mg / L of petroleum products, 50 mg / L of colloidal iron with a total salinity of 500 mg / L is sequentially passed first through a layer of fine aluminum oxide, and then through a layer of activated cellulose, with a ratio of A1 2 0 3 to
The above examples show that the sequential transmission of contaminated water first through a fibrous adsorbent and then through a powder one provides a higher degree of purification of water from pollutants.
