Description
The proposed utility model relates to devices for swimming, namely to equipment for sports and recreational swimming, and is intended for training the traction force of the swimmer's upper shoulder girdle stroke in the water.
д. The effectiveness of swimming largely depends on the technical level of the athlete and the development of the most significant physical qualities for this sport, such as speed abilities, which directly depend on the traction force in the water. An increase in the traction force of a swimmer's rowing movements is inextricably linked with the use in the training process of various training means that contribute to an increase in traction force: shoulder blades, fins, braking devices, rubber cords, etc.

Examples of using a braking buckle:
1.Example 1.
The swimmer, being in the water, has a
To determine the effect of the braking device on the swimmer's speed, the time for swimming a distance of 50 meters with and without the proposed device was recorded.
Evaluating the strength of the stroke of the arms, the swimmer, by the way of swimming, the crawl on the chest, covered 50 meters in 26.2 seconds without a braking kolobachka. However, using a braking device, the swimmer swam in the same way 50 meters in 29.1 seconds.
In this case, the swimmer, who used the braking buckle, noted moderate water resistance without excessive loads, while the swimmer retained a “sense of support”, and there were no tearing movements and movements with excessive tension. The swimmer did not experience difficulties or inconveniences when performing a turn.

To assess the effect of the braking device on the swimmer's speed, the time for swimming a distance of 50 meters with and without the proposed device was recorded.
Assessing the strength of the arm stroke, the swimmer, without a braking buckle, covered the breaststroke by swimming the breaststroke in 36.1 seconds. However, using a braking device, the swimmer swam in the same way 50 meters in 40.5 seconds.
In this case, the swimmer, who used the braking buckle, also noted moderate water resistance without excessive loads, while the swimmer retained a “sense of support”, and there were no tearing movements and movements with excessive tension. The swimmer did not experience difficulties or inconveniences when performing a turn.
Thus, we can conclude that the proposed utility model solves the problem, creating the effect of inhibition during swimming, which is necessary for training the pulling force of the swimmer's upper shoulder girdle in the water, and also creates resistance during swimming and localization of the load in the shoulder girdle, which allows not break the stroke technique and maintain the "feeling of water".
