Abstract
Description
The invention relates to destructive compositions that do not contain explosives, and can be used in the mining industry, in restoration work carried out in existing workshops and buildings, for the destruction of solid rocks when cutting blocks, laying trenches and tunnels, and for the destruction of other concrete, reinforced concrete and stone objects, in the extraction of valuable stone, such as marble, as well as expanding and strengthening additives to concrete mixtures.
Known new materials used for the effective destruction of durable brittle objects, the principle of use of which is based on the explosive action due to the occurrence of expanding forces when mixing them with water [1, 2]
The closest in composition and manufacturing method to the invention relates to non-explosive destructive composition (NRS-1), obtained on the basis of calcium oxide, water and a hydration inhibitor with the introduction of additional components [3, 4, 5]
The disadvantage of this formulation is the impossibility of using it at low temperatures, including sub-zero, the presence of spontaneous emission of the working mixture from holes in the summer period at 20-25 ° C and above, and the limited diameter of boreholes used (no more than 45 mm) because of the danger release of the composition subject to other conditions.
The aim of the invention is the creation of such an explosive-free destructive composition, which almost without reducing the expanding force would have a wider temperature range of application, in particular, would allow for work in natural winter conditions, and in the summer it would be possible to drill wells of larger (than 50 mm) diameter without danger of emissions of the working mixture.
This goal is achieved by the fact that magnesium oxide in an amount of 1.5-3.5% potassium nitrate and sodium chloride (or potassium) is additionally introduced into the known composition of the LDC-1 with a ratio of KNO 3 : NaCl = 1: 1 in an amount of 2.5 % to the total dry matter content.
The content of the main components in the proposed composition should be in the following proportion, wt. Calcium oxide, CaO 60-66 Magnesium oxide, MgO 1.5-3.5 A diluent for the working mixture (dispersant) of the NF type, a condensation product of naphthalenesulfonates with formaldehyde with a degree of n = 2-9 (superplasticizer torus C-2) or Dofen (sodium tripolyphosphate) 1.0-2.0 Hydration retardant in the form of lignosulfonates according to OST 13-183-83 or sulphate-alcohol bard, or CBP retarder (sulphite-yeast mash) 1.0-2.0 Potassium nitrate, KNO 3 1.0-1.5 Sodium chloride (potassium), NaCl / KCl / 1.0-1.5 Water 28- thirty
Thus, the claimed composition differs from the known introduction of new components: magnesium oxide, potassium nitrate and sodium chloride (potassium). The presence of these components leads to the fact that by mixing a dry material with water, the liquid phase is formed salt solution, which is the freezing temperature of minus 15-17 C, which provides the implementation of hydration of reactive CaO and MgO in winter conditions. Rock formations, building foundations, compacted soils, etc. in winter, as a rule, they have a higher temperature than the ones noted above, so the use of a new composition in winter conditions becomes quite acceptable. In this case, the expanding force required by TU [5] is achieved.
The presence of additional new salts simultaneously eliminates the exothermic effect of hydration of the active constituent materials, which leads to a mitigation of the hydration process and reduces the risk of mixtures being released from wells in hot weather. Thus, during testing of a new richness emission was not observed even at an air temperature of 36 C. In addition, the composition of this behavior allows for drilling wells wide (105 mm) with a corresponding reduction in the total volume and flow of drilling new destructive means.
применять безвзрывной разрушающий состав в зимних условиях при температуре разрушаемых объектов до минус 15оС;
применять при разрушении бурение скважин большего, чем 50 мм, диаметра (до 105 мм);
For a control check of the claimed composition and its action were prepared mixtures with the corresponding content of the components shown in the table. Measurement of the expanding force of the samples was carried out on a dynamometer in vivo. Mixing the composition with water was carried out after holding the samples in the cold air at a temperature of minus 12-15 ° C, the temperature for the mixing (mixing) in all cases was 2 C. The initial temperature after mixing was 14.5 ° C. The tests showed that samples of a new non-explosive destructive composition develop after 24 hours an expanding force of more than 40 MPa, close to the prototype, but at temperatures well below that which determines the lower limit of applicability of NRS-1 [5]
Using the claimed composition will allow:
apply non-explosive destructive composition in winter conditions at a temperature of destructible objects up to
to use for destruction drilling wells larger than 50 mm in diameter (up to 105 mm);
use the proposed composition in hot climatic conditions at temperatures up to 35 ° C without fear of a mixture of drilling emissions.
Due to the use of large diameter wells, the volume of drilling operations when applying the new composition (BRS) is halved compared to the use of NRS-1, decreasing from 1.496 to 0.718 m 3 for the extraction of 100 m 3 of marble. At the same time, the consumption of destructive composition is reduced from 3.17 to 1.523 tons.
[5] The technology for obtaining the proposed composition does not change compared to that used for the known composition [5]
