Description
This utility model relates to an efficient heat exchanger providing a high intensity of thermal processes and can be used in power engineering, in particular, in stationary and transport power plants, in heating, cooling, air conditioning and refrigeration equipment.
Известен пластинчатый теплообменник, который может использоваться в энергетике, в частности в стационарных и транспортных энергетических установках, в системах отопления, охлаждения, кондиционирования и холодильной технике, представляющий собой пластинчатый теплообменник, содержащий пластины с отверстиями и межпластинчатые каналы для прохода теплоносителей, базовую и нажимную плиты, стягивающие винты и штуцеры для подвода и отвода рабочих сред, в каналах, образованных гладкими пластинами, размещаются пористые вставки с высокой удельной площадью внутренней поверхности каркаса и малыми значениями эквивалентных диаметров внутренних каналов, обеспечивающих высокую интенсивность теплообмена рабочих сред [Патент RU 2478891, F28D 9/00, от 10.04.2013].Known plate heat exchanger, which can be used in power engineering, in particular in stationary and transport power plants, in heating, cooling, air conditioning and refrigeration systems, which is a plate heat exchanger containing plates with holes and inter-plate channels for the passage of coolants, base and pressure plates , tightening screws and fittings for supplying and removing working media, in the channels formed by smooth plates, there are porous inserts with a high specific area of the inner surface of the frame and small values of the equivalent diameters of the internal channels, providing a high intensity of heat exchange of working media [Patent RU 2478891, F28D 9 / 00, dated 10.04.2013].
Known low-inertia heat exchange element based on carbon nanotubes, concerning efficient heat exchange elements, providing a high rate of thermal processes and capable of operating under critical conditions at a wide temperature range and a large pressure difference of working media [Patent RU 157243, F28F 21/00, В82В 3/00, from 27.11.2015]. The utility model contains at least one coolant channel, organized by a gas-tight wall and densely filled with carbon nanotubes. In one particular case, the gas-tight wall is made transparent for infrared and visible electromagnetic radiation. In another particular case, technical problems are solved in the form of a recuperative element based on carbon nanotubes, in which there are at least two coolant channels (“tube in tube”, etc.). The channels are densely filled with carbon nanotubes and are separated from each other by thin-walled gas-tight heat-conducting partitions. The case of a recuperative element is also considered, where technical problems are solved due to the fact that carbon nanotubes are not randomly arranged, but oriented in the direction of the main heat fluxes (from one medium to another), which significantly increases the intensity of heat exchange processes in this direction due to the anisotropic properties of carbon nanotubes.
The disadvantages of the listed analogs are the complexity of the design of the heat exchanger and the heat exchange element.
The closest to the utility model in technical essence and the achieved result is a heat exchanger that includes a plurality of plate layers arranged in a stack, each plate having a repeating fold pattern, a plurality of plate layers arranged in a stack forms a plurality of repetitive displaced cellular structures, the first refrigerant channel and the second a coolant channel attached to the peripheral plates in a plurality of stacked layers of plates [Patent RU 146883, F28D 1/03, F28F 3/02, dated 20.10.2014]. The heat exchanger further includes a fan that directs air through repeating displaced cellular structures.
The disadvantage of this useful model is that such a structure of the heat exchanger does not promote mixing of the flow and, consequently, the intensification of heat exchange processes.
The task of the utility model is the development of a highly porous cellular heat exchanger with micropores, in which the disadvantages of the prototype are eliminated.
The technical result is a decrease in hydraulic resistance and an intensification of heat transfer.
The technical result is achieved by the fact that the heat exchanger includes a plurality of layers of highly porous cellular material arranged in a stack with a cell diameter of 4 mm and micropores with a diameter of 0.9 mm, a first coolant channel and a second coolant channel connected to the peripheral layers of a highly porous cellular material. The heat exchanger further includes a fan that directs air through repeated layers of highly porous cellular material.
In this case, the air flow through the repeating layers of highly porous cellular material is isotropically turbulent.
For the heat exchanger, a model of a highly porous cellular material was created with a porosity ε = 0.81 and a cell diameter d i = 4 mm, into the partitions of which micropores with a diameter d mic = 0.9 mm were added. The heat exchanger also includes a first coolant channel and a second coolant channel connected to the peripheral layers of the highly porous cellular material, and additionally a fan directing air through the repeating layers of the highly porous cellular material.
Numerical parametric calculations have shown that these diameters of cells and micropores are the most optimal.
1.The parameters of the created model of the porous structure are presented in Table 1.
Influence of resolution of rastehzed geometries on porosity and specific surface area exemplified for model geometries of porous media //Transport in Porous Media. - 2017. - T. 120. - №. 1. - C. 207-225.]:The porosity value of a highly porous cellular material was determined by the formula [Heidig T., Zeiser T., Freund N. Influence of resolution of rastehzed geometries on porosity and specific surface area exemplified for model geometries of porous media // Transport in Porous Media. - 2017. - T. 120. - No. 1. - C. 207-225.]:
где V1 - объем пустотности кубика единичного размера, Vtot - общий объем кубика, h - размер взаимопроникновения ячеек, R - радиус сферы.where V 1 is the volume of voidness of a cube of unit size, V tot is the total volume of the cube, h is the size of the interpenetration of cells, R is the radius of the sphere.
The heat exchanger is made of multilayer, that is, the highly porous cellular material in it is divided into layers, the layers are rotated relative to each other. This complicates the movement of air inside and thereby intensifies the heat transfer process.
FIG. 1 shows an example of a model of a structure with micropores. When micropores are added to the partitions of a highly porous cellular material, a decrease in the pressure drop is observed.
FIG. 2 shows a sample of the temperature field in the longitudinal section of the model with micropores, by which we can visually track how the air passing through the porous structures is heated.
The microporous structure exhibits the highest outlet air temperature. This is due to the expansion of the surface area due to the additional channels formed by micropores. It should be noted that with an increase in porosity, provided that the cell diameter is maintained, the surface area decreases. Thus, the greatest increase in temperature is provided at an initially low porosity.
The highly porous cellular material containing micropores provides maximum heat flux due to its large surface area.
The highest heat flux density is possessed by a structure without micropores, and the lowest density corresponds to a structure with micropores. This is due to a large "jump" in surface area with a small difference in heat flux, that is, the increase in surface area is much larger than the increase in heat flux.
The advantage of the proposed utility model is a highly porous cellular material with micropores, which facilitates easy gas passage, mixing of the flow inside the pores and, consequently, the intensification of heat exchange processes, and an increase in energy efficiency.
Thus, it can be concluded that the addition of micropores to the baffles of the porous material with low porosity increases the overall porosity of the structure; there is an increase in air temperature at the outlet, an increase in heat flow and a decrease in hydraulic resistance. The pressure drop also noticeably decreases, the surface area increases and, as a result, heat transfer intensifies. The lower the porosity of the original structure, the greater the effect can be achieved.
Due to its large surface area in relation to the volume occupied, the highly porous microporous cellular heat exchanger is more efficient than smooth heat exchangers and highly porous cellular heat exchangers.
