Фиксатор для волос содержит тканевый элемент и эластичный элемент, при этом тканевый элемент включает следующие функциональные участки: охватывающий участок, на котором тканевый элемент выполнен в виде сборки тканевого материала и содержит установленный с помощью крепёжного средства эластичный элемент, и концевые участки, расположенные по разные стороны от охватывающего участка, выполненный с возможностью образования на концевых участках регулирующего элемента в виде узла, при этом эластичный элемент установлен на подогнутых внутрь кромках закольцованного тканевого элемента. Известен фиксатор волос (см. патент US2970353A), выполненный в виде конструкции из жесткого материала и включающий охватывающий участок, регулирующий элемент в виде зубчатого зацепления и концевые участки. Недостатком конструкции известного устройства является то, что зубчатое зацепление известного фиксатора позволяет устанавливать зажим только в заданных положениях, что приводит либо к пережиму пряди волос жестким охватывающим участком и последующему повреждению или разрушению структуры волос, либо к недостаточному обжиму пряди волос, что приводит к не надёжному закреплению пряди волос. Для аксессуара для волос известный фиксатор имеет значительный вес, что создаёт неудобство в использовании, например, занятиях спортом. Кроме того известный фиксатор не обладает аккуратным и привлекательным видом. По сравнению с предыдущим известным фиксатором волос фиксатор по патенту EP0819392A1 имеет эластичный охватывающий участок, контактирующий с прядью волос, что обеспечивает сохранность волосам и не разрушает их структуру, механический регулирующий элемент позволяет определить оптимальный размер охватывающего участка фиксатора. Недостатком изобретения является конструкция механического средства, пережимающего эластичный шнур, который довольно быстро приобретает потертости, зазубрины и теряет потребительский вид. Кроме того механическое средство может периодически выходить из строя, требуя ремонта или замены. Чистка и стирка известного фиксатора усложняется наличием большого количества дополнительной фурнитуры. При регулировании длины охватывающей части в механическое средство могут попадать волосы, что приведёт к трудностям при снятии известного фиксатора. Наиболее близким техническим решением к заявляемой полезной модели, принятым в настоящей заявке за прототип, является фиксатор для волос по патенту US5893376A. Известный фиксатор содержит охватывающий участок, включающий тканевый элемент в виде плотно сгруппированных слоев ткани и закреплённый по центру тканевого элемента эластичный элемент, и концевые участки тканевого элемента сшитые между собой. Основным недостатком известного фиксатора является отсутствие возможности регулирования размера охватывающего участка, так как в конструкции для этого не предусмотрено какого-либо регулирующего элемента, вследствие чего нет возможности надежно фиксировать волосы различного объема. Ещё одним существенным недостатком является узкий спектр использования известного технического решения из-за замкнутой конструкции фиксатора. Способ изготовления известного фиксатора по патенту US5893376A не позволяет скрыть на лицевой стороне крепёжные средства в виде ниток, скрепляющих эластичный элемент и тканевый материал, что портит внешний вид фиксатора. Недостатком известного способа так же является операция по соединению концов тканевого элемента с образованием кольцевой неразъёмной конструкции, что существенно сужает область применения известного фиксатора.The closest technical solution to the claimed utility model, adopted in this application as a prototype, is a hair fixer according to patent US5893376A. The method of manufacturing the known retainer according to the patent US5893376A does not allow to hide fastening means in the form of threads fastening the elastic element and the fabric material on the front side, which spoils the appearance of the retainer. The disadvantage of the known method is also the operation of connecting the ends of the tissue element with the formation of an annular one-piece structure, which significantly narrows the scope of the known fixator.

На фиг. 1 показан фиксатор для волос (1) в разобранном и собранном виде, содержащий охватывающий участок (2), включающий тканевый элемент (3), выполненный в виде сборки и прикреплённый к нему эластичный элемент (4), расположенный во внутренней части закольцованного тканевого элемента (3), и два концевых участка (5) тканевого элемента (3), расположенные по разные стороны от охватывающего участка (2). В прототипе есть возможность обернуть прядь волос охватывающим участком фиксатора в несколько раз, при этом для последнего оборота может не хватить длины охватывающего участка и фиксатор будет ненадёжно держаться на причёске и со временем спадать с неё.
