Description

 The invention relates to microbiology, medicine, veterinary medicine and analytical chemistry and can be used in environmental and sanitary-bacteriological studies of the environment, as well as in clinical, hematological and sanitary-hygienic studies in hospitals and hospitals.

 Currently, the importance of environmental control over the environment has significantly increased. Moreover, in many cases, it is required to carry out express sanitary-chemical and sanitary-bacteriological analysis. For such work, in addition to indicators, a portable, portable, stand-alone kit is needed.

 Stylings available to date, first-aid kits do not fully meet the requirements for such work.

 Closest to the proposed is a set of KSP 11 [3] intended for determination of protein substances in samples. The kit is operated in laboratories. It consists of a housing, one pencil case in which indicator means and a heater are placed.

 The disadvantages of the prototype is the lack of autonomy, it allows you to work only in the laboratory, not adapted for analysis of samples on the go and in the field. A set of one pencil case does not allow you to place all the accessories for analysis on the go.

 The purpose of the invention is the development of a kit that allows for analysis in the field, compact, lightweight, autonomous with a maximum capacity of indicators and auxiliary equipment that are ready for analysis in the field.

 The portable set for laboratory research is equipped with two additional pencil cases, while the pencil cases in the case are mounted one above the other and made with the possibility of placing devices and means for conducting research in the field, the upper of the pencil cases is pivotally mounted with the possibility of installation in a horizontal plane on an open cover and is equipped with a working table in the form of a hinged plate with holders for an hourglass, and the second additional pencil case, lower, is made retractable outside the pencil box, built-in of the housing, each of said canisters made of foam covered with a protective layer, and a metal edging and fastened on the housing movable belts, besides lower pencil is adapted to cooperate with the housing mounted in a leaf spring and the locking pawl.

 Significant differences are the implementation of a set of several pencil cases located one above the other and made with the possibility of placing devices and tools necessary for conducting analyzes in the field, and it is also possible to conduct studies at any temperature (there is a heater) and at night (there is a flashlight) . The implementation of pencil cases with the ability to move relative to each other makes it possible to arrange them so that all means become accessible and convenient to use, and the means of first necessity become available in the first place. It is autonomous, since it incorporates a heater operating on dry alcohol and providing the manifestation of indicator effects at temperatures above ambient. The presence of portable belts on the body of the kit allows you to conveniently place the kit on the operator’s chest, frees the operator’s hands and allows you to carry out analyzes on the go.

 This implementation of the kit allows you to save all the tools in an upright position both when transporting the kit in assembled form, and when working with the kit, which is very important, as it makes it possible to pre-prepare all the indicative tools and carry out analyzes in the field.

 Equipping the upper case with a working table makes it possible to conveniently carry out analysis in the field. Making foam canisters makes the kit easy and cheap. The metal edging of the pencil cases protects the kit from mechanical damage. Coating the pencil cases with protective paint makes it possible to treat the kit with disinfectant solutions.

 Figure 1 shows the kit in a marching condition; figure 2 is the same in working condition.

 The kit consists of a housing 1 (Fig. 1) with a cover 2, a handle 3, portable belts 4, a latch 5 and locks 6. In the housing 1 there are cases: upper pencil case 7 middle pencil case 8, lower pencil case 9 (figure 2).

 In the upper case 7, there are located in the nests indicative means (indicator papers, wetting reagents), reagents for checking their operability and there are free sockets for accommodating, if necessary, additional types of indication means. Figure 2 shows a folding table 10, an hourglass 11 and other auxiliary objects for sampling and analysis (pipettes, scraper, tweezers, scalpel, scissors, etc.). Figure 2 shows the hourglass holders 12 and hinges 13, with the help of which the upper case 7. is folded down. In the middle case 8 there are solvent bottles, sample tubes, a waste bank for analysis, an electric heater, three spare sets of indicator papers.

 In the lower case 9 there are objects necessary for visual detection of objects of analysis: a magnifying glass, a mirror, an additional working table and a heater for heating in the field. Inside the case 1, a pocket was made to accommodate the laying operating instructions and forms for recording the results of the analysis, and a pencil slot was also made.

 Work with the proposed kit is as follows.

 The kit in the traveling state is delivered to the destination using the handle 3 or attached to itself using portable belts 4. Upon arrival at the place of work, the kit is prepared for work, leaving it either on itself or mounted on the surface. Open the locks 6 and open the cover 2. The upper case 7 is installed using hinges 13 in a horizontal position in the cover 2. At the same time, both the upper case 7 and the middle case 8, and all the means located in them, become available. The hourglass 11 is removed from the holders 12 and mounted on a pencil case 7. The folding table 10 is folded down and indicator papers and other auxiliary means are placed on it. The upper pencil case 7 is, as it were, a working table for analysis along with table 10. Indication tools (indicator papers and wetting agents) located in the upper pencil case are removed from their nests during the analysis.

 Open the latch 5 and extend the lower case 9, and all objects located in it also become available for work.

 The proposed kit is very compact, it is conveniently located on the operator’s chest with the help of straps, providing the necessary conditions for conducting sanitary and hygienic analyzes on the go and in the field. An electric heater, a heater for heating in the field, as well as an additional work table can be attached to the body during analyzes on the fly.

 It is autonomous, since it incorporates a heater operating on dry alcohol and providing the manifestation of indicator effects at temperatures above ambient.

 Indication and auxiliary tools, including a flashlight, provide analysis in the dark.

 The weight of the kit does not exceed the weight of known styling.
