Description

 The invention relates to children's furniture, in particular to a playpen designed for the more rapid development of motor abilities in a child.

 A well-known playpen (A.S. N 380311, class A 47 D 13/06, BI N 21, 1973), containing a base with lattice sides fixed to it, bearing elastic support and mechanisms for raising and lowering located between the base and the support toys in the form of a liquid-filled elastic balloon with tubes with pistons placed in them, the rods of which are connected with toys. The use of the well-known children's playpen increases the playful interest in the child, but at the same time does not provide stimulation and development of motor abilities in the child.

 Such abilities in a child can develop when using another well-known children's playpen [1], the design of which is the closest in technical essence to the proposed one and is taken as a prototype.

 Known arena contains the base and the associated fence in the form of ribs with an upper locking ring. For the development of motor skills in a child, the well-known arena has a mechanism for changing the angle of inclination of the base of the arena in the form of an axis of rotation with sleeves mounted on it with the possibility of moving along it with a latch and rods, some ends of which are fixed on the base and others on the sleeve.

 Known arena has disadvantages.

 For any, even the smallest angle of inclination of the base of the arena, there is a possibility of a child falling out of the fences. As the angle of inclination increases, the likelihood of child injuries increases. Moreover, as the operating experience of such an arena shows, the child ceases to move independently inside the arena, and rolling the arena by external influence on it by an adult only increases the child’s anxiety and anxiety.

 With a long stay inside the arena, a child can (under the supervision of an adult) begin independent movements only at the smallest angle of inclination of the base slightly different from the horizontal level. However, at the same time, the child’s motor skills develop poorly and the efficiency of using the mechanism for changing the angle of inclination of the base of the arena decreases and the need for such a mechanism completely disappears.

 The purpose of the invention is to reduce child injuries by preventing it from falling outside the fence and the more rapid development of motor abilities.

 This goal is achieved by the fact that in the playpen containing the base and the associated fence in the form of ribs with an upper locking ring, the base is prefabricated and consists of a fixed lower and rotating upper platform, between which a separator is located opposite to the platforms of the triangular ring grooves with balls, the fencing ribs are connected to the lower platform of the base, and the upper locking ring of the fencing has located on the side opposite to the ribs, unilaterally directed The bearer and playpen are additionally equipped with a movable handle made in the shape of the upper closing ring with a sector-shaped cross-section that surrounds the guard ring, and a latch in the form of an inclined flat spring fixed on the inside surface of the handle and interacting with the teeth of the guard ring.

 A comparative analysis with the prototype showed that the proposed playpen is distinguished by a new implementation of the base and the upper locking ring, as well as the additional introduction of a movable handle and retainer to the arena and their interaction with other parts of the arena.

 Thus, the inventive playpen meets the criteria of the invention of "novelty."

 Comparison of the proposed solution not only with the prototype, but also with other solutions in the field of designing children's, upholstered and any other furniture did not allow us to identify signs that distinguish the claimed solution from the prototype, which allows us to conclude that the criterion of "significant differences".

 The playpen contains a prefabricated base, consisting of a fixed lower 1 and rotating relative to it in the horizontal plane of the upper 2 platforms. Between platforms 1 and 2 in a triangular ring grooves 3 opposite to the platforms, a separator 4 with balls 5 is placed, which is a rolling guide for the rotating platform 2. The arena fencing is made in the form of ribs 6 with an upper closing ring 7 having along the entire circumference with the side opposite to the ribs 6, the teeth are unilaterally directed 8. If necessary, a mesh (not shown) is put on the ribs. The ribs 6 are rigidly connected with the fixed lower platform 1. The upper guard ring 7 is facilitated by a handle 9 having a sector-shaped (open from the side of the ribs 6) cross-section. The latch 10 interacts with the teeth 8 in the form of an inclined flat spring fixed on the inner surface of the handle. The latch 10 and the teeth 8 are actually a ratchet mechanism that provides step-by-step (to the length of the tooth pitch 8) one-way rotational movement of the handle 9 relative to the ring 7. To lock the platform 2, the latch 11 serves as a recessed pin.

 The arena is used as follows.

 The child is placed inside the fence from the ribs 6. The child, grabbing the handle 9, is trying to move inside the arena. Moreover, when applying force against the latch 10, the handle 9 is stationary. Then, starting from the fixed handle 9, the child, fingering the legs, begins to move the movable platform 2. At the same time, remaining in place, the child makes the same movements with his legs as when walking. If you lock the latch 11 platform 2, the child himself has the ability to move along the fence of the arena.

 When the force is applied to the handle 9 in the opposite direction (in the direction of the ratchet mechanism), the handle 9 becomes movable. Then, with the platform 2 locked, the child moves with the handle 9 running away from him, which inevitably makes him move more intensively relative to the fixed platform 2. When unlocked the same platform 2, the child gets the opportunity to move with a runaway handle and a moving platform. With such a variety of kinematic possibilities of the arena, the child’s motor abilities develop rapidly. The child moves with interest and desire inside the arena.

 The design of the arena completely eliminates the loss of the child outside the fence. Over the entire period of operation of the prototype of the arena, no injuries were observed.

 Using the proposed arena allows three to four times faster to develop motor abilities in a child. In fact, in a few hours, the child gets used to and learns all the modes of movement with a runaway and fixed handle, after which the movements with a moving platform 2 are mastered just as quickly.

 The arena is simple in design, non-material-intensive and technologically advanced to manufacture.
