Description

The invention relates to the technology of silicates, and in particular to glass compositions used in the chemical and pharmaceutical industries.

Known glass containing SiO 2 , Al 2 O 3 , CaO, MgO and other components [1]
It is also known glass containing the following components, wt. SiO 2 45.5-59.1; Al 2 O 3 21.5-24.1; ZrO 2 3.1-5.9; CaO14.5-18.4; CeO 2 1.8-5.1 [2]
The aim of the invention is to increase the chemical resistance of glass.

SiO2, 56,5-59,0; Al2O3 21,5-24,1; ZrO2 7,2-8,2; CaO 10,0-11,3; CeO2 0,5-1,0; TiO2 0,1-0,3; Ta2O5 0,2-0,4.This is achieved by the fact that TiO 2 and Ta 2 O 5 are additionally introduced into the glass composition, in the following ratio of components, wt. SiO 2 , 56.5-59.0; Al 2 O 3 21.5-24.1; ZrO 2 7.2-8.2; CaO 10.0-11.3; CeO 2 0.5-1.0; TiO 2 0.1-0.3; Ta 2 O 5 0.2-0.4.

The table shows the compositions of the proposed glass.

NaOH 0,06-0,08.It is expected that the chemical resistance of the glass (weight loss) according to GOST 10134-62 will be, H 2 0.03-0.04; in NaOH, 0.06-0.08.
