Abstract

The utility model refers to the structures of fences made of non-metallic materials for a wide range of purposes and can be used in the attachment points for handrails to posts. A handrail mount is proposed, which consists of a flat rectangular base and walls. On one side of the base there is a protrusion with holes, along the edges of which open grooves are made in the base and in the wall. In this case, the wall opposite the protrusion has at least one hole. The technical result to which the proposed utility model is directed is to create an easy-to-install, reliable and safe handrail fastening.

The utility model refers to the structures of fences made of non-metallic materials for a wide range of purposes and can be used in the attachment points for handrails to posts.

Known block of handrails made of synthetic lumber. The handrail is attached to the rack using a special fastener, consisting of the first bracket, which is attached to the handrail, the second bracket, which is attached to the rack, and a rotary table that connects the first and second brackets with the possibility of rotation (according to patent KR101103388, IPC E01F 15 / 00, E01F 15/02, E04F 11/18, publ. 05.01.2012).

The disadvantage of this solution is its complexity associated with the need to manufacture and fasten all the elements included in it to each other.

The railing with removable and renewable components was taken as a prototype. The railing is fastened using a bracket that is attached to the post. A handrail is attached to the bracket, which, after installation, is closed with a decorative cover (according to patent US7744065, IPC E04H 17/14, publ. 06/29/2010).

The disadvantage of this solution is the need to use a decorative cover to hide the attachment points of the handrail and rack to the bracket.

The technical result to be achieved by the proposed utility model consists in creating an easy-to-install, reliable and safe handrail fastening.

The specified technical result is achieved in that the fastening for the handrail consists of a flat rectangular base and walls and differs in that on one side of the base there is a protrusion with holes, along the edges of which open grooves are made in the base and wall, while the wall opposite the protrusion has, at least one hole.

In addition, the wall opposite the projection may have a recess and be higher than the rest of the walls.

In addition, fillets can be made at the corners of the base.

In addition, the mount can be made of aluminum alloy.

The mount for the handrail 1 (Fig. 1, 2) consists of a flat rectangular base 2 with a projection 3 and walls 4, 5, 6, 7. The wall 7 opposite the projection 3 has a recess 8 and holes 9. In the base 2 and wall 7 from the side of the projection 3 along the edges of it there are open grooves 10. In the projection 3, holes 11 are made. In the corners of the base 2, fillets 12 are made.

Application.

Fasteners 1 (Fig. 3) are fixed at the ends of the handrail 13 with screws 14 screwed into the holes 9. Screws 16 are screwed into each post 15 at a distance corresponding to the distance between the grooves 10. Then the fasteners 1 with the handrail 13 are put on the screws 16 in such a way that the screws 16 enter the grooves 10. After that, the handrail 13 is adjusted in height and level and is finally secured with the screws 17, which are screwed into the holes 11 (Fig. 4).

Open grooves 10 allow mounting of the handrail on fixed posts, and also facilitate its adjustment and alignment in level and height, thereby facilitating installation.

The execution of holes 9 in the recess 8, and holes 11 opposite it, makes it possible to exclude contact with the screws 14 and 17 when using the handrail, which has a positive effect on the reliability of the handrail installation and its safety.

Walls 4, 5, 6, 7 hide irregularities that may be at the end of the handrail, which facilitates the installation of the handrail.

The fillets 12 eliminate sharp edges at the junction of the walls 4, 5, 6, 7, thereby increasing the safety of the fastening.

The aluminum alloy mount makes the mount strong and rigid.

Thus, the solutions presented in the utility model ensure the achievement of a technical result.
