Abstract
Description
The invention relates to feed production, in particular the production of feed from waste, and can be used in the oil and fat and feed industry.
35). Known feed additive based on sunflower husk, including crushed to particles no larger than 3 mm husk and lipids in a ratio of 100: 1, respectively (Smooth V.F. Use of sunflower husk: Oil and fat industry, N 9, p. 35).
The nutritional value of this supplement is 0.31 units. and husks 0.27 c.ed. (minus lipids), while the husk processing technology in this feed is complex and labor-intensive.
Known feed additive, including crushed cake (or meal) and finely ground husk in the following ratio of components, meal (meal) 75; husk 25 (NIINTI, Chisinau).
Despite the significant processing costs, husk nutrition in known feeds is very low, because husk is a lignified plant tissue with thickened cell walls saturated with hemicelluloses, lignin and chemically inert substances, which complicates its digestibility and, therefore, significantly limits introducing husks into animal feed.
It is necessary to increase the nutritional value of husks, and consequently, its introduction into the feed, especially to replace the forage in the feed.

The specified technical result is achieved by the fact that the meal (cake) is mixed with husk, crushed to 40 microns. The latter is achieved only in grinders, where grinding occurs under the action of oncoming air currents of air, by longitudinal splitting of plant fibers, which provides more access to enzymes for indigestible husk constituents than transverse crushing on standard crushers. Moreover, the feed additive additionally contains meat and bone meal and mineral elements in the following ratio of components, wt. Soybean meal 9-19 Meat and bone meal 4-5 Cobalt chloride 0.025-0.03 Copper sulfate 0.015-0.03 Potassium iodide 0.025-0.03 Zinc sulfate 0.025-0.03 Sodium phosphate 0.35-0.44 Diammonium phosphate 0 , 35-0.44

The fourth group (control) received standard feed. Feeding indicators are given in table 1.
According to tests, the optimal result for fattening was shown by animals of the second group (80.5% husk in the composition of the additive). The introduction of 75% husk (i.e., a decrease in its share in the diet), although it increased the yield of gutted carcasses, a much smaller increase in divine mass was observed. An increase in the share of husks in the supplement to 86.2% reduced both the increase in live weight and the yield of meat. In general, with an increase in the proportion of husks in the diet, there was a tendency to decrease the yield of meat, but the greatest economic effect remained with the greater live weight before slaughter.
The feed additive is prepared by simply mixing any meal (or chopped meal) with chopped husk and mineral additives on standard equipment. The digestibility of husks (except for increasing the degree of grinding) is increased due to the optimal combination of the components selected in the declared feed.
П р и м е р 2. PRI me
According to tests, the replacement of 20% of compound feed in the diets of calves of
