Description

 The invention relates to technical means for games and entertainment, and more particularly to devices for conducting so-called instant or sprint lotters.

 There are various designs of compact devices (tickets) for instant lotteries, allowing lotteries without the use of additional complex devices such as lototrons, decoders, etc.

 It is known, for example, a device (ticket) for conducting an instant lottery (see EPO application N 0088481, A 63 F 3/06, 1983), consisting of two folded and interconnected sheets: the base of the ticket and an opaque coating (mask) covering image of lottery information (game tags).

 This design of the device (ticket) for holding an instant lottery allows you to reliably protect the information on the ticket before it is opened, and after opening it makes it possible to almost instantly determine whether this ticket won or not. In such a construction, in certain places (areas) protected from the player’s eyes and technical equipment, it is envisaged that only unambiguous fixed information (symbolic elements with lottery information with numbers, letters, drawings, etc.) is applied to the ticket in the form of special game marks, meaning either a win (sometimes with information about its size) or a loss.

 At the same time, the aforementioned features of the above-described design of the lottery ticket regarding the execution and placement of sections with game marks limit the ability of these tickets to be used by the player to open them once, which in turn reduces the economic efficiency of their use, since in this case the player is a passive participant in the work process with this ticket and in no way can affect the results of using these tickets, since the only possible result of using one achno determined in advance by the manufacturer of the device.

 Also known is the design of a ticket for an instant lottery (see French application N 2603496, A 63 F 3/08, 1988), containing a base with a decorative coating applied to it on one side and a game field with an information drawing depicted on it in the form of a maze, a part of which in the center (opening game window or opening game area) is covered by a removable opaque coating (mask) that covers key lottery information on the game area.

 Also known is the design of a ticket for an instant lottery (see EPO application N 0326724, A 63 F 3/06, 1989), containing a base with a decorative coating applied to it and several sections with game marks located on the base and covered by removable opaque masks .

 This design of the ticket as well as the previous one, although it allows you to reliably hide the original (and resultant, since it is uniquely recorded) lottery information, however, the possibilities of using these ticket designs are limited by the only possible use case that excludes the possibility of the player playing on the game results.

 Closest to the proposed solution is the well-known ticket design for instant lottery (see PCT application (WO) N 88/06911, A 63 F 3/06, 1988), containing a base with a decorative coating applied to it and sections with game marks for win definitions located on the base and closed by removable opaque masks.

 In any case, the player must remove the aforementioned opaque masks in order to gain visual access to the game marks and the lottery information contained on them, which in turn allows one to determine whether the given ticket is winning and what lottery organizers (or ticket manufacturers) win it , or establish that this ticket is losing.

 This design of the ticket, although it allows you to reliably hide the original lottery information, however, the possibilities of using this design of the ticket are limited by the only possible way to use it, which excludes the possibility of the player playing on the results of the game.

 At the same time, the degree of people's interest in this type of lottery has a certain psychological level, which in turn is associated with the volume of distribution of tickets for this lottery and, accordingly, with the economic effect of the lottery, which directly depends on the number of tickets sold. Obviously, all of the above ticket designs are designed for the same type of lottery with the same level of the final economic result from their holding.

 The aim of the invention is to increase, with the help of technical means, the economic efficiency of using the device for conducting an instant lottery through the targeted use of a stable psychological effect of increasing the psychologically justified interest (excitement reaction) of a player by providing him with multivariate actions with a ticket during the opening procedure.

 This is solved by obtaining, first of all, the technical result, which consists in increasing the efficiency of the device by introducing new elements and their unusual placement, which, in turn, can significantly expand the functionality of the device while maintaining its compactness and the usual algorithm for working with it.

 This result is achieved by the fact that in the device for holding an instant lottery, comprising a base with a decorative coating applied on top and areas with game marks for determining winnings, located on the base and covered by removable opaque masks, additional game marks are located on the opaque masks to determine winnings with the possibility of joint removal along with masks.

 The introduction of new additional working elements, unusual for this type of device, of open game tags that are involved in the game along with game tags hidden under masks, allow for additional operations with the device, thereby significantly expanding its technical functionality and also increasing its consumer qualities, which is very significant, given the scope of use of this device.

 The possibility of carrying out the invention is confirmed by the fact that to implement the proposed features, you can use the technical means already used in this field. For example, a decorative coating, a masking coating, as well as game marks can be performed with special paints with special additives used for the same purposes in known similar devices.

 The proposed device has the following design.

 In the initial state (see Figs. 1 and 2), a decorative coating 2 is applied to the base 1 with the playing sections 3 and 4 made therein. Inside these sections, the game marks 5 and 6 are fixedly fixed on the base 1 to determine the win, covered by opaque, respectively removed (excluding the possibility of unauthorized premature (before opening) reading of information from game tags 5 and 6, as well as the possibility of re-applying information after opening) with masks 7 and 8. On masks 7 and 8, in top of their eyes game tags 9 and 10 are placed.

 In another embodiment of the invention, the device in question can be made in the form of a multilayer structure from successively applied first to the base 1, and then to each other, structural elements made in the form of films, foils, paint layers, etc. with a thickness of each layer of several microns.

 Work with the proposed device is as follows.

 In the main version of the game, the player must choose to open one of the game sections, for example, section 3 (see Fig. 4), first removing (for example, scraping) the game mark 9, and then the mask 7 until the image is displayed the lottery information on the game mark 5. After that, the player reads the information simultaneously from the game marks 5 and 10. The resulting information image denotes a code in this type of lottery, showing either the win and its size (as, for example, shown in Fig. 3), or loss (indicated, for example, by a sign m "X" shown in FIG. 5).

 At the same time, the design of the ticket under consideration allows its use in the usual traditional version, when the player (naturally, using the opportunity to choose the option presented to him) decides to open all sections at once (see Figs. 5 and 6). In this case, reading the information by which the final version of the game is determined is made from all internal game marks 9 and 10.

 It can be seen from the description that the introduction of additional game marks, their unusual execution open from the side of the player and their unusual placement on top of the removed opaque masks (and not as usual under them) gives the player the additional opportunity not to open all sections to obtain the final game result, which allows on the one hand, significantly expand the functionality of the device, and on the other hand, increase the degree of interest in players playing lotteries of this type and thereby significantly increase the consumer The economic and economic benefits of using such lotteries.
