Abstract
Description
The invention relates to the production of film materials based on paper and particle boards and can be used to produce high-quality low-toxic materials used in the manufacture of furniture and standard housing construction.
A known method of manufacturing chipboards, according to which an activator containing caprolactam is introduced into the composition [1]
Closest to the proposed is a method of producing wood boards with a finished surface, including the preparation of aminoformaldehyde resin, impregnation of resin with a texture chip to obtain a sheet of finishing material, laying it on the surface to be trimmed, followed by pressing [2]
Low-tar non-evacuated resins used for the production of chipboards and film materials are characterized by low thermo-hydrostability, insufficiently high adhesion to wood and do not ensure the quality of materials obtained with their use.
The aim of the invention is to increase the hydrothermal resistance of low toxic amino formaldehyde resins and the degree of elasticity of the polymers.
The goal is achieved by the fact that compositions containing a stabilizer and activator are introduced into the composition of the finished aminoformaldehyde resin, which increase its hydrothermal resistance and stability.
Urea-formaldehyde (KF) or urea-formalindehyde (KMF) resins obtained with a molar ratio of urea and formaldehyde (K: F) of 1: 0.9 to 1: 2 and a melanin content of 0.02 to 0.4 mol are used as the basis.
Reactive stabilizers and activators are introduced into the resin during the synthesis or preparation of binding and impregnating solutions. In this case, the goal is achieved only when the activator and stabilizer are used together, the resulting polymer structure includes fragments of the aminopolymer, stabilizer and activator. Such a modification changes the deformative properties of cured resins, which is observed by a change in the degree of elasticity and an increase in hydrothermal resistance.
ч. ч. The stabilizer is introduced in an amount of from 2 to 15 parts by weight. and the activator from 0.01 to 8 parts by weight per 100 parts by weight pitches.

The properties of the proposed compositions according to examples 1-7, control and prototype are presented in the table.
As can be seen from the table, the storage stability of the proposed compositions is higher than that of the control and prototype, when the content of the stabilizer is more than 5 parts by weight The joint introduction of an activator and a stabilizer makes it possible to increase the degree of elasticity, hydrothermal resistance of polymers, and therefore to improve the quality of polymer coatings based on paper and chipboard intended for the manufacture of furniture and other products.
