Abstract
Description
The invention relates to the oil industry, in particular to foaming compositions, and is intended to cause the influx of fluid from the reservoir during well development.
ограниченные термические условия (температура в скважине должна быть выше 105оС);
Known composition for causing fluid flow from the reservoir, containing urea, aluminum sulfate, surfactant and water [1]
Gas saturation of the solution is carried out as a result of thermal hydrolysis of urea according to the scheme:
CO (NH 2 ) 2 + H 2 O __ → CO 2 + 2NH 3
(1)
The disadvantages of using this composition are:
limited thermal conditions (downhole temperature must be above 105 ° C);
corrosion of oilfield equipment, especially from non-ferrous metals and their alloys in the presence of ammonia.
Known self-generating foam system containing urea, a surfactant, nitrites of alkali or alkaline earth metals, acid, urotropine and water.
NaNO2+HCl NaCl+HNO2
(2)
(NH2)2CO+2HNO2__→ 2N2+CO2+3H2O
(3)
2HNO2 N2O3+H2O
(4)
N2O3__→ NO2+NO при t ≥ 20°C
(5)
2NO2+H2O HNO3+HNO2
As a gas-saturating agent in this composition are carbon dioxide and gaseous nitrogen, resulting from the interaction of the starting components:
NaNO 2 + HCl NaCl + HNO 2
(2)
(NH 2 ) 2 CO + 2HNO 2 __ → 2N 2 + CO 2 + 3H 2 O
(3)
The disadvantages of this composition are that:
the interaction of acid and nitrite salts at pH 4.0 produces brown gas, which causes corrosion of the equipment. At a temperature of the composition above 20 ° C nitrous acid decomposes to release dioxide and nitric oxide. Nitrogen dioxide (brown gas), when reacted with water, forms nitric acid according to the following scheme:
2HNO 2 N 2 O 3 + H 2 O
(4)
N 2 O 3 __ → NO 2 + NO at t ≥ 20 ° C
(5)
2NO 2 + H 2 O HNO 3 + HNO 2
(6) and in the presence of an oxidizing agent and free oxygen:
4NO 2 + 2H 2 O + O 2 4HNO 3
(7)
urotropin decomposes with the release of formaldehyde and ammonia in an acidic environment.
Продукт разложения уротропина и сама кислота являются коррозионно-активными агентами;
пенообразование происходит при любых положительных температурах сразу же при смешении исходных компонентов и имеет взрывообразный характер.The decomposition product of urotropine and the acid itself are corrosive agents;
foaming occurs at any positive temperatures immediately upon mixing of the starting components and has an explosive nature.
The aim of the invention is to reduce the corrosion of equipment and increase the efficiency of well development due to the simultaneous clay-acid treatment of the bottom-hole formation zone (PZP).
(NH2)2CO+2NH4·HF+aMe(NO2)m__→ aMeFm+4N2+CO2+7H2O

Gas evolution and foaming in reservoir conditions occurs spontaneously through a series of intermediate chemical reactions. General scheme for the interaction of reagents:

The reaction of the formation of gaseous products is completely shifted to the right and is irreversible in accordance with the Le Chatelier rule.
The irreversibility of the chemical interaction is due to the formation of gaseous products, water, and poorly soluble alkaline and alkaline-earth metals in water except potassium fluoride.
1. The solubility of these salts in 100 g of water are presented in table 1.
Additionally introduced ammonium hydrofluoride as an acid allows to obtain a gaseous product and foam under relatively mild conditions (pH 4.0-5.0). The rate of foaming depends and is controlled by the concentration of the starting components, in particular the content of the structure-forming agent in the foam-forming composition.
Ammonium hydrofluoride is a salt formed from the residues of weak hydrofluoric acid and a weak base of ammonium hydroxide.
Hydrolysis of ammonium hydrofluoride in an aqueous solution in small quantities produces hydrofluoric acid and ammonium hydroxide.
2.The salt solution has a slightly acidic reaction (pH ≈ 5.0) due to the dissociation of hydrofluoric acid, in which there are 10.5 times more dissociated hydrogen ions in water than ammonium hydroxide ions. PH Dependence on the concentration of ammonium hydrofluoride in
From the data of Table 2 it can be seen that the concentration of hydrogen ions in an aqueous solution of a hydroforide is much lower than in a solution of hydrochloric acid.
The acidity index depends on the concentration of hydrofluoride in the range of pH 4-5 and depends on the degree of hydrolysis, the higher the concentration of hydrofluoride in water, the less hydrogen ions in the aqueous solution and vice versa.
In the proposed foaming composition, ammonium hydrofluoride acts as a regulator of acidity, which in turn affects the processes associated with corrosion of equipment.
(4). At pH> 4.0, corrosive nitrogen dioxide (brown gas) does not form in the reaction mixture according to the chemical reaction scheme (4).
The corrosion activity of ammonium hydrofluoride was checked in a laboratory setup under static conditions (Table 3). The corrosion rate under the same conditions was also determined for inhibited and pure hydrochloric acid. The data obtained show that the corrosion of samples in aqueous solutions of hydrofluoride is much lower than in a solution of uninhibited hydrochloric acid, and not higher when hydrochloric acid contains a corrosion inhibitor.
Weak hydrofluoric acid, formed due to the hydrolysis of ammonium hydroforide, is able to react and dissolve clay-containing rocks of the formation, thereby increasing the efficiency of well development.
Table 3 shows the results of laboratory studies showing the solubility of ammonium hydrofluoride clay-containing rocks (mudstone) and bentonite clay. A more concentrated aqueous solution of ammonium hydrofluoride, when reacted with rock samples, dissolves and destroys them due to proppant pressure.
The method of preparation of the proposed foaming composition:
prepare a 3-25% aqueous solution of CMC or PAA and leave it to swell for 3-4 hours
первую получают при тщательном перемешивании мочевины, нитрита щелочного или щелочноземельного металла, порошкообразного или вязко-упругого поверхностно-активного вещества (ПАВ) с 3-25% -ным водным раствором КМЦ или ПАА (смесь "А");
The initial components are ground individually to a powder and two doughy mixtures are made up:
the first is obtained by thoroughly mixing urea, nitrite of an alkali or alkaline earth metal, powdery or viscoelastic surfactant (SAS) with a 3-25% aqueous solution of CMC or PAA (mixture "A");
the second with stirring ammonium hydrofluoride with a 15-25% aqueous solution of CMC or PAA (mixture "B").
Dough mixes are formed in the form of rods (cylindrical briquettes) and dried.
The calculated number of rods made in this way is subsequently thrown into the inside of tubing (tubing) through a gland-lubricator installed at the wellhead.
The last introduced rods made from a mixture of "B". The well is closed for response and held for 20-60 minutes, then gradually release the pressure through the tubing or annular space is carried out, the flow of fluid from the reservoir is called.
The duration of the process and the magnitude of the depression on the formation depend on the number of cylindrical briquettes introduced before the bottom of the well, on the initial content of the builder in the briquettes "B" and the temperature of the formation.
The increased content of structure-forming agents of CMC or PAA in briquettes increases the time of their dissolution and affects the interaction of the starting components and the rate of gas saturation of the solution and vice versa.
In the table. 4 shows the dissolution time of briquettes "B" from the mass content of the structure-forming agent CMC at a temperature of 40 about C.
In reservoir conditions, due to the thermal energy of the reservoir, the solubility of the initial components of the foaming composition increases and the rate of their chemical interaction (thermal catalysis) and foaming at the bottom of the well increases.
The proposed foaming composition for well development allows producing foam with a controlled gas release rate of up to 100 l / s and about 200 m 3 of gaseous products consisting of 80% nitrogen and 20% carbon dioxide, per 1 ton of A and B briquettes.
5. The content in the briquette "A" of urea, nitrite of an alkali or alkaline earth metal, surfactant, structure-forming agent and water (wt.) Are given in table 5.
The greatest amount of structure directing agent and water are briquets "A", composed of at least water soluble nitrites, alkaline earth metals, their solubility in 100 g of water at least 50 grams at a temperature of 20 ° C.
Briquettes "B" consist of 90-98% of ammonium hydrofluoride, the rest is 15-25% aqueous solution of CMC or PAA.
In order to increase the efficiency of well development due to the simultaneous clay-acid treatment of the bottom-hole zone of the formation, briquettes "B" are introduced before the bottom of the well by 20% more than the calculated one.
7. The weight ratio of briquettes "A" and "B" for the full implementation of the technological process should be at the level of those values that are given in tables 6 and 7.
газонасыщение и пенообразование интенсивно происходит при температуре 25оС, если удельный расход брикетов выше 100 кг на одну тонну жидкости на забое скважины;
брикеты "Б", содержащие 0,6% КМЦ и 3,4% воды, набухают и полностью растворяются в течении 20 мин;
Briquette "B" is prepared on a 15% solution of CMC in the following ratios of components, wt. The results of laboratory tests are given in table 8, from which it follows that:
gassing and foaming vigorously occurs at a temperature of 25 ° C, if the specific consumption briquettes above 100 kg per tonne of liquid on the bottom of the well;
briquettes "B", containing 0.6% CMC and 3.4% water, swell and completely dissolve within 20 minutes;
as a result of chemical interaction constituting the foaming composition, the release and formation of nitrogen dioxide (brown gas) is not observed.
Based on the results of laboratory tests of the foaming composition for the development of the well in the form of briquettes with the same intensity of foaming compared to the prototype and other compositions, it is economical and expedient. The proposed foaming composition exhibits less corrosivity due to the replacement of the acidifying agent with a salt formed from the residues of a weak base of ammonium hydroxide and weak hydrofluoric (hydrofluoric) acid. Ammonium hydrofluoride is able to dissolve and loosen the clay content of the rock, thereby affecting the efficiency of well development.

In the case of the development of an anhydrous well, 0.5-3.0 m 3 of water is pumped to the bottomhole formation zone. Instead of potassium nitrite, nitrites of other alkali and alkaline earth metals can be used. The foam formation process in this case is no different from the interaction of potassium nitrite with other components. The difference is only in quantitative proportions, which are calculated by the equation of a chemical reaction.
