Механизм содержит корпус 1, размещенные в нем звено 2, установленное с возможностью вращения, и звено 3, установленное с возможностью возвратно-поступательного перемещения по направляющим 4 и 5, выполненными шариковыми. Между звеньями установлены тела 6 качения, предназначенные для взаимодействия с круговыми волнообразными поверхностями звеньев. Механизм содержит также устройство для поджима звеньев, выполненное в виде герметичной камеры 7, одной из стенок которой является наружная торцевая поверхность звена, а другой подвижная в осевом направлении стенка 8.
