Abstract

FIELD: agriculture. SUBSTANCE: device has platform 1 with fastening belts. The platform is secured on a variable vacuum chamber communicating with a pulser. The device is provided with a pusher mounted in a hole of the platform for vertical movement. The device has at least four massage semirings with holders secured on the pusher between its head 13 and platform 1 by means of a fastening device. Each holder has a slot for radial and angular movement of the massage semirings relative to the pusher, and the surface of the semirings that comes in contact with the udder is covered with a flexible membrane. Причем оно дополнительно снабжено по крайней мере четырьмя массажными полукольцами 11 с держателями 12, закрепленными на толкателе 8 между его головкой 13 и тормозом, состоящим из шайбы 14, гофрированной пружины 15 и гайки 16, т.е. фиксирующим приспособлением, причем каждый держатель 12 выполнен с прорезью 17 для радиального и углового перемещения массажных полуколец 11 относительно толкателя 8, а поверхности полуколец 11, соприкасающиеся с выменем, выполнены в упругой оболочке (фиг. 2). При создании в камере 4 переменного вакуума атмосферного давления мембрана 10, толкатель 8, механизм 9 изменения его хода, фиксирующее приспособление, держатели 12 и массажные полукольца 11 под действием пружины 3 занимают первоначальное верхнее положение. Таким образом, головка 13 держатели 12 и массажные полукольца 11 приводятся в колебательное движение, т.е. массируют вымя нетели. По мере увеличения срока беременности нетелей их вымя растет и быстро увеличивается в размерах, особенно в последний период. Поэтому каждый держатель 12 выполнен с прорезью 17 для радиального и углового перемещения массажных полуколец 11 относительно толкателя 8. Это позволяет каждый раз массировать основания сосков вымени животного. При этом, регулируя усилие прижатия держателя 12 к головке толкателя 13 посредством шайбы 14, гофрированной пружины 15, гайки 16, добиваются установки массажных полуколец 11 в выбранное место основание сосков.
