Description

 The invention relates to household appliances and can be used for quick preparation of hot coffee, tea, drinks based on medicinal plants with simultaneous purification of water from impurities, salts.

 Known coffee maker [1] containing a valve, a brewing filter, a drink accumulator, a heater, a water tank and a tube. Water from the water tank through the valve enters the tube, in which it is heated and pushed by the generated steam into the beverage reservoir, passing through the brewing filter. The valve prevents the penetration of hot water from the tube into the water tank.

 However, in this coffee maker there is no water purification from salts, solids and other inclusions present in drinking water.

 The aim of the invention is the purification and improvement of water quality simultaneously with the preparation of a hot drink without reducing the performance of the coffee maker and the preparation time of the drink.

 For this, a coffee maker containing a water tank, a tube connected to it by means of a valve, a brewing filter, a beverage storage device and a heater is equipped with an evaporation chamber and a condenser in contact with the heater, the free end of the tube is placed in the evaporation chamber, and the condenser is connected via a steam line to the evaporation chamber.

 The drawing schematically shows the design of the proposed coffee maker.

 The water tank 1 is connected to the pipe 2 for water to escape through the valve 3. The pipe 2 has a heat-conducting contact with the heater 4. The pipe 2 exits to the evaporation chamber 5. The steam pipe 6 is connected to the condenser 7. The brewing filter 8 is located above the beverage store 9.

 The coffee maker works as follows.

Water tank 1 is filled with water. Heater 4 is turned on. Water, having penetrated through valve 3 into tube 2, is heated to the boiling point. The steam pushes the tube 2 which is in the water in the vaporization chamber 5 heated by the heater 4. The water falls on the evaporator having a temperature close to 100 ° ^C. Therefore, its evaporation is performed in a short time, until the next batch of water. The valve 3 prevents the penetration of hot water from the tube 2 into the water tank 1. Water enters the evaporation chamber in 5 portions as it boils in the tube 2. The level of water flow below which it does not fall into the water tank 1 is indicated by a dashed line. Steam, rising from the evaporation chamber 5 through the steam line 6 to the condenser 7, is deposited on the condenser 7. The resulting water flows through the brewing filter 8 into the drink storage 9.

 The use in everyday life of the proposed steam coffee maker will allow, at the same time as boiling the water, to carry out its radical purification from extraneous ingredients.
