Description

 The invention relates to the forest industry and can be used for cutting bushes.

 Known brush cutter containing a base chassis with suspension, a cutting body in the form of a knife and a counter-knife with teeth of a symmetrical shape and a knife drive.

 However, such a brush cutter is characterized by insufficient unification and design complexity.

 The technical result of the invention is the simplification and modular design with existing, commercially available excavators based on a wheeled tractor.

 The brush cutter contains a base chassis 1, for example, in the form of a wheeled tractor for agricultural purposes, and working equipment, unified with excavators type EO-2621 A.

 The working equipment contains a manipulator and a counter-knife suspension mechanism. The manipulator consists of an arrow 2, pivotally mounted on a rotary column 3 with hydraulic cylinders 4 for raising and lowering the working equipment, and also for the handle 5. The suspension mechanism consists of outriggers 6, on the legs of which the earrings are pivotally fixed 7. The latter hold the U-shaped counter-knife for 8 s teeth 9.

 At the end of the handle 5, the slider 10 is pivotally mounted with knives 11 on both sides of the slider. Between the boom and the handle of the manipulator, a tension spring 12 is installed, pressing the knives 11 to the teeth 9 of the counter-knife 8.

 The brush cutter works as follows.

 In the initial position, the hydraulic cylinders 4 are retracted and the counter knife 8 is raised above the ground. At the same time, the boom 2 and the handle 5 with the slider 10 are raised, since they all freely rest through the knife 11 on the teeth 9 of the counter-knife 8. If necessary, the operator directs the brush cutter in reverse of the base chassis 1 to the bush. Simultaneously lowering the hydraulic cylinders 4, the cutting height of bushes and bushes of shrubby trees is regulated. Next, the rotation drive of the column 3 is turned on and the boom 2 is rotated relative to the base chassis in a horizontal plane, the boom carries the handle 5 and the slider 10.

 In the reverse course of the brush cutter, the bushes fall between the teeth 9 of the counter-knife and are cut with a knife 11 during its reciprocating movement created from the rotational movement of the column with the manipulator.

 The gap between the knife 11 and the teeth 9 is selected by the spring 12. In this case, the blade of the knife 11 is self-sharpening due to friction against the teeth 9 of the counter-knife.

 As the brush cutter moves in reverse, a clearing is left in the massif of the bush, a width equal to the arc of rotation of the slider 10.

 The brush cutter is simple in design and maintenance process. It is modularly unified with the EO-2621A excavator so that only earrings 7, counterknives 8 and slider 10 with knife 11 need to be re-manufactured. If soil is needed for digging, earrings 7 and slider 10 are removed from the seats. Instead of the slider, a bucket is installed, the spring 12 is removed. Between the column 3 and the boom 2, as well as between the boom and the handle 5 are installed hydraulic cylinders. Protective nets from round link chains are put on the drive wheels.

 Thus, the modular design of the new design allows the machine to work on earthworks in the summer, and in winter to cut bushes and overgrown on frozen swampy soil. This design allows you to mow agricultural plants for animal feed. When mowing reeds, shoots and small bushes, the EO-262A wheeled excavator tractor is used, and when mowing large bushes and small trees, the working equipment of this brush cutter can be hung as a replaceable working body to a caterpillar single-bucket hydraulic excavator of the third or fourth size group (including to feller buncher LP-19A). Mounting on a tracked agricultural tractor with rear suspension is also possible.

 1. A BUSH CUTTER containing a base chassis with suspension, a cutting body in the form of a knife and a counter-knife with teeth of symmetrical shape and a knife drive, characterized in that the knife drive is made in the form of a manipulator mounted on the base chassis with a rotary column, at the end of which a slider is pivotally mounted, wherein the knife of the cutting organ is mounted on the slider of the manipulator, and the toothed counterknife is articulated on the suspension.  2. The brush cutter according to claim 1, characterized in that the manipulator is made in the form of articulated arrows and a handle, between which a spring is fixed.  3. The brush cutter according to claim 1, characterized in that the suspension is made in the form of outrigger paws with hydraulic cylinders for raising and lowering, and the counter-knife is U-shaped and with the help of earrings is mounted on the lower side of the outrigger paws.  4. The brush cutter according to claim 1, characterized in that the knife is made in the form of a chipless knife with a double-sided blade with the blade tilted to the rotary column of the manipulator and together with the slider is mounted above the teeth of the counter-knife.
