Abstract
Description
The invention relates to the oil industry, in particular to emulsions for oil displacement.
Known compositions for displacement using emulsions based on compositions of chemical surface-active substances (surfactants), water and hydrocarbon solvents. Their disadvantage is that one of them (ed. St. N 1473721) is effective only at very high water cuts, the other (ed. St. N 1650016) contains large concentrations (up to 15%) of expensive surfactants, and the third (ed. St. N 1668642) has a low displacement efficiency due to the fact that the interfacial tension at the border with oil and the viscosity of the emulsion is 1-2 orders of magnitude worse than in the proposed composition.
A known composition for displacing oil, including water, hydrocarbon, water and oil soluble surfactants. Its disadvantage is the limited use due to the separation of the emulsion into separate phases at low values of water salinity [1]
The aim of the invention is to increase the efficiency of the composition by enhancing its oil emulsifying and oil washing ability, increasing the viscosity of the emulsion, and, as a result, increasing the coverage of the formation by water flooding and improving the displacement characteristics.
1:1. This is achieved by the fact that a water-carbon emulsion for oil recovery, including water, a surfactant and a solvent, as a surfactant contains the vital product of bacteria of the genus Pseudomonas aeruginosa S 7 of the BSA bioreagent when it is contained in water, wt. 0.005 1.0, as a solvent nefras brand 150/330 with a ratio of 1: 1, respectively.
The KShAS bioreagent according to TU 39-5794688-008-92 is a natural composition of biological surfactants (bio-surfactants) of a glycolipid nature and an emulsifier biopolymer in a post-fermentation culture fluid. It has the ability to reduce the surface tension of water to 30 mN / m, as well as high emulsifying activity (liquid paraffins, oil, oils) E 24 up to 60-80%. It is applicable as a substitute for chemical surfactants and imported additives, it is used in oil recovery technologies. The price of 1 ton of marketable products is up to 5 thousand rubles.
Nefras A-150/330 is known as a solvent. It is a clear yellowish liquid density at 20 C of not more than 0.95 g / cm 3, a mixture of high boiling aromatic hydrocarbons. The cost of 1 ton of product is 8 thousand rubles.
The main advantage of bio-surfactants is their biodegradability or the ability to completely decompose in natural reservoir conditions, i.e. bio-surfactant technology is environmentally friendly. In addition, some of the known bio-surfactant samples have surface and interphase activity not inferior to the best synthetic surfactant samples. In many cases, the emulsifying activity of bio-surfactant solutions with respect to hydrocarbons and oil is higher than that of synthetic surfactant solutions.
24.The composition is prepared by simple mixing and shaking the components. The viscosity of the emulsions was determined with a standard Ostwald viscometer after separating the emulsion from the rest of the sample volume using a separatory funnel. The emulsifying activity of bio-surfactants was determined by the known method TU 39-5794688-008-92 by the value of the index E 24 .
The bioreagent and liquid paraffins in a ratio of 6: 4 are placed in a 50 cm 3 chemical beaker. The mixture is thoroughly mixed for 5 minutes using an electric stirrer. Carefully pour the entire contents of the cup into a graduated tube and leave on a rack for 24 hours.
3.After 24 hours, I determine the value of the emulsifying activity of the bioreagent, which is a percentage of the volume of the emulsion of the total volume of the mixture. The experiments were conducted at the same temperature of 20 ° C. In the experiments the solvent used bioPAV mineralized water Arlanskoye deposit RB with a salt content of 140 g / l and the density of γ 1,1 g / m 3.
The samples differed in the bio-surfactant content in the aqueous phase, and the volume ratio of the bio-surfactant and nephras solution in the samples was constant and equal to 1: 1, respectively. In accordance with procedure (E 24 ), the mixtures were kept after preliminary intensive mixing for 24 hours.
The table shows the studied compositions and the results of measuring their emulsifiable activity and viscosity in comparison with the known composition.
The data in the table show that the use of bio-surfactants in a mixture with nefras can significantly increase the viscosity of the emulsion and increase its emulsifying activity with respect to the hydrocarbon phase. The experiments also showed that emulsions are stable, that is, for a long time (1 month), complete phase separation does not occur. Moreover, with gentle shaking of the mixture after a specified period (1 month), the emulsion is formed in accordance with the initial value of the parameter E 24 . Obviously, in reservoir conditions this allows you to achieve a relatively greater depth of processing, as well as increase efficiency.
The table also shows that the effective increase in viscosity and emulsifying activity begins with a concentration of bio-surfactants in the aqueous part of the mixture of approximately 0.005%. This value can be taken as the lower limit. As for the upper limit value, starting with a bio-surfactant concentration of 1.0%, increasing the concentration does not make sense. The latter circumstance and a wide range of "working" concentrations are explained by the fact that according to the technical specifications for bio-surfactant production, its marketable form can be diluted up to 100 times without a noticeable loss of surface interfacial activity (the so-called critical concentration of micellar dilution of SMD (TU 39-5794688). that this property of bio-surfactant is very attractive from an economic point of view.
18-20.When comparing the oil-displacing properties of the proposed composition and prototype, rock samples and an isoviscous oil model of the Arlan field with a viscosity of 20.7 mPa · s and specific gravity of 0.877 g / cm 3 were used . The results of the experiment show that the increase in the displacement coefficient with the claimed composition is 18-20.
In addition, in experiments on oil displacement with the claimed composition, an increase in the pressure drop at the ends of the filter is noted, confirming our conclusion that the formation of highly viscous emulsions due to selective clogging of highly permeable zones leads to water limitation and alignment of the drainage front and involvement of low permeable rock parts in the development .
The presence of an oil solvent enhances the laundering properties of the composition by dissolving highly resinous compounds adsorbed on the rock.
Thus, in this technical solution, it is provided by regulating the displacement mechanism by pre-mixing the bio-surfactant solution with nephras in optimal concentrations, which leads to the formation of an emulsion already in the well (and not in the reservoir, as in the known composition).
The use of the proposed composition based on the commercial product KSHAS, water and nefras will significantly increase the efficiency of treatment of injection and production wells with the aim of simultaneously increasing oil recovery and limiting water inflow. The composition is effective in fields with any degree of mineralization of formation water and at all stages of field development. Moreover, with increasing degree of mineralization, the processing efficiency of the claimed composition increases.
In addition, the cost of the proposed emulsion is lower than the cost of emulsions based on synthetic surfactants, which are practically not decomposable in time neither in the reservoir, nor in freshwater reservoirs, nor in the soil. The use of low-toxic and biodegradable reagent KSHAS makes the technology environmentally friendly and safe for the environment, bowels and staff.
To prepare the composition in an industrial environment does not require special equipment and assemblies.
