 The invention relates to hygiene items.

 Known toothbrush containing a handle, a neck, a head with bristles, a cavity made in the handle, a toothpick installed in it with a hook-like one of the end sections.

 The disadvantages of the prototype are the inability to replace the used handles and heads, as well as the presence of toothpicks of only one kind.

 The objective of the invention is the provision of replacement of waste elements and supplying the brush with additional toothpick.

 This is achieved by the fact that the toothbrush contains a handle, a neck with a head with bristles, a toothpick installed in the cavity formed in the handle and having a hook-shaped end section, while the brush is equipped with an additional toothpick having a straight, pointed end section, and an adapter on the opposite sides of which mounted with the possibility of removal of the neck with the head and the handle, and in the neck there is a cavity for placement of additional toothpicks in it, and both toothpicks are mounted on the adapter.

 The toothbrush contains a handle 1, made separately, a neck 2 with a head 3 with a bristle 4, made an independent element. The brush is equipped with an adapter 5, on the opposite sides of which there is a toothpick 6 having a straight, pointed end section, and a toothpick 7 having a hook-shaped end section. A cavity 8 is made in the handle 1, and a cavity 9 under the toothpicks in the neck 2. The handle 1 and the neck 2 with the head 3 are mounted on opposite sides of the adapter 5 with the possibility of removal, the fixation of which is carried out due to the threaded connection 10 or friction.

 Toothbrush is used as follows. Depending on the needs of the user and the degree of wear of the individual elements, the handle 1 or the neck 2 with the head 3 with the bristles 4 is changed, and if necessary, the adapter 5 with toothpicks can be replaced. Using traditional methods of cleaning the organs of the oral cavity, if necessary, clean the internal interdental spaces using a toothpick 7, which has a hook-shaped end section, and to clean the external interdental spaces, use a toothpick 6, which has a straight, pointed end section.

 This toothbrush allows you to replace any of its elements as they wear out or to provide the required characteristics of the brush for each user.

 DENTAL BRUSH, comprising a housing including a handle, a neck with a head with bristles, a toothpick installed in the cavity of the handle and having a hook-shaped end section, characterized in that it is equipped with an additional toothpick having a straight, pointed end section, and an adapter, on the opposite sides of which are mounted with the possibility of removal of the neck with the head and the handle, while in the neck there is a cavity for placement of additional toothpicks in it, and both toothpicks are mounted on the adapter.
