The technical result of the claimed utility model is to simplify the design of the device, increase the reliability of its operation and increase the volume of loaded products. The technical result is achieved by a device for dispensing piece products, consisting of a container for storing products in which the products are located in bulk, a body in the form of a rectangular parallelepiped containing a device for starting the machine, a device for gripping and moving products, an outlet for products, the storage container is made in the form an inverted truncated prism, the lower part of which passes into a feeder located inside the body and adjacent to a gripping and moving device consisting of a product gripping frame with a longitudinal groove and a flexible slope located above a rolling table with an inclined groove, which ensures the movement of the product through the outlet of the body into a tray with a spring-loaded element that provides a change in the direction of movement of the product and its exit through the dispensing opening. 2 c.p. f-ly, 4 dwg.

The utility model relates to automation in the field of dispensing piece products of a cylindrical shape, and can be used, for example, in self-service vending machines, in particular in a vending machine selling plastic handles for shopping bags.

The development of trade through automatic machines is one of the most important conditions for the further improvement of labor and trade culture.

Automatic machines - sellers of goods are intended for direct sale, in exchange for money the buyer receives the goods.

The machines are convenient for the buyer. Installed outdoors or built into openings and niches of houses, machines create an opportunity to purchase goods at any time of the day.

The modest dimensions of vending machines not only save usable floor space, they can be installed almost anywhere - from a small retail outlet to a hotel lobby or a railway station waiting room.

A vending machine (abbr. Torgomat) is a device that carries out small-scale retail trade in goods and services, payment for and delivery of which is carried out using technical devices that do not require the direct participation of the seller.

A classic vending machine consists of a compartment for storing goods, or components of goods, a payment receiving device and a dispensing device.

The mechanism for dispensing piece goods in a vending machine is known (RF, 2496146, G07F11 / 00, publ. 20.10.2013). The device of the vending machine contains a housing, a vertically oriented channel for placing a stack of objects, below which an ejection mechanism is installed, consisting of an ejector of objects into a tray mounted on a rotary surface. The rotary surface is formed by the radial surface of the cylinder located under the vertically oriented channel, and the object ejectors are at least one eccentric having a ratchet for engaging with the object. The side surface of the eccentric is in constant contact with the lower surface of the object placed in the stack, while the object resting on the lower surface of the side surface of the eccentric is lowered by turning the eccentric until it becomes possible to drop the object into the tray with a ratchet through the window formed between the lower a cut of the side of the vertically oriented channel located closer to the tray and the longitudinal surface of the cylinder, while the ratchet support plane is made from the side of the tray. The radial surface of the cylinder is the cylinder surface of the drum motor.

The disadvantage of the described technical solution is the small volume of the pledged goods, since the goods are stacked vertically and one at a time.

It is also known a device for storing and dispensing goods (RU, 113042, G07F11 / 00, publ. 27.01.2012), containing a housing with at least one storage of goods placed in it, made in the form of two side walls installed parallel to each other, and equipped with a stopper attached to the drive shaft in the lower part of the storage, and the goods are made in cylindrical packaging and placed in storages in two vertical rows in a staggered manner, characterized in that the stopper is made in the form of a cylinder with a lateral longitudinal cut, which provides when the drive shaft rotates alternately pushing the product into the receiving chute, the drive shaft being equipped with a rotation angle sensor associated with the drive and provided with a drive control controller.

This technical solution, in terms of its functional purpose and its technical essence, is the closest to the declared one and is taken as a prototype.

The disadvantage of the device is also a small amount of loaded goods and difficult separation of one product from a heap poured from above.

The technical result of the claimed utility model is to simplify the design of the device, increase the reliability of its operation and increase the volume of loaded products.

The technical result is achieved by the fact that in the known device for dispensing piece products, consisting of a container for storing products in which products are located in bulk, a body in the form of a rectangular parallelepiped containing a device for starting the machine, a device for gripping and moving products, product outlet openings, a container for storage, it is made in the form of an inverted truncated prism, the lower part of which passes into a feeder located inside the body and adjacent to a gripping and moving device consisting of a gripping frame for a product with a groove and a flexible slope located above a rolling table with an inclined chute that ensures the movement of the product through the outlet of the housing into the tray with a spring-loaded element that changes the direction of movement of the product and exits it through the dispensing opening.

The problem posed by the authors is achieved by the fact that the device for gripping and moving products is made of a gripping frame with a groove and a flexible slope, which ensure reliable separation of a single product from the total mass poured from above, and a rolling table with an inclined chute that ensures the advancement of the product into the dispensing tray. The dispensing tray is located under the body. The product falls out of the outlet of the housing into the rear of the tray, where, with the help of a spring-loaded element, it changes its trajectory of movement "from the customer" to "to the customer" and moves to the dispensing opening.

The design of the container for storing products (goods) of the bunker type allows them to be stacked not in a stack vertically one by one, but in bulk (observing the parallelism of the stacking), which significantly increases the number of items to be laid. Hopper tanks can significantly reduce the time for loading. If necessary, the empty container is removed and another one, pre-filled with goods, is installed. The top panel of the container (lid) is made of transparent material, which allows you to monitor the consumption of products and replenish the storage in time.

In addition, it is possible to expand the walls of the feeder (walls limiting the flow of products) to accommodate 4-5 products in a row, which will significantly increase the number of loaded products. The walls of the container itself, above the feeder, are sloped to provide an increase in the number of products and maintain a sufficient angle for them to roll under the force of gravity. In addition, in order to prevent jamming of products, two vertically located stops are made at the bottom of the left inner wall of the container.

The body can be made of metal, plastic or a combination of different materials.

The "eccentric + ratchet" system or a cylinder with a lateral longitudinal cut, which is used in most of the known analogs, has been replaced by a "frame with a slot + flexible slope" system, which ensures reliable separation of a single item from the total mass poured from above.

In the claimed device, as a source of power, it is permissible to use both muscular force (for example, from a coin acceptor) for dispensing goods (a frame for gripping goods and a flexible slope) by converting rotational motion into translational motion using a slider, and an engine, for example, for a retractable system (frame product grabbing and flexible

skat) when used for industrial purposes (for example, feeding cylindrical blanks for further processing).

Using instead of the classic tray an improved system of supplying goods to the buyer (worker) in the form of a tray with a flexible spring-loaded element - allows the product (product) to slightly springy change the direction of movement from "from the buyer" to "to the buyer".

The storage container (1) has the shape of an inverted truncated prism, the lower part of which goes into the feeder (5) located inside the body and adjacent to the gripping and advance device, consisting of a gripping frame (6) of the product with a groove (7) and a flexible slope ( 8), located above the rolling table (9) with an inclined groove (10), which ensures that the product enters through the outlet (4) into the tray (11) with a spring-loaded (12) element that provides a change in the direction of movement of the product and its exit through the dispensing opening ( 13).

On the rolling table (9) there is a slot-like hole (14), into which the upper part of the slider (not indicated in the drawing) enters, which is connected to the coin acceptor (3) and converts the rotational motion into translational motion. The plane of the table is made of transparent material, which provides an overview of the internal parts and facilitates the maintenance of the machine.

The device for selling piece goods works as follows. When loading the box for the first time, one unit of goods falls into the groove of the frame (one handle for the bag) (15). The next one falls into the space between the first handle (located at the bottom) - the feeder wall (in front) - the ramp (in the back) and the pile of goods (at the top).

To receive the goods, the buyer lowers coins in the amount corresponding to the value of the goods into the receiving slot of the coin acceptor. Then the customer turns the handle of the coin acceptor and the frame with the slot and ramp moves forward. The front wall of the feeder is on top of the groove. A frame with a groove "dives" under this front wall. The groove goes out of the feeder and the product falls out to the buyer. The flexible ramp now covers the entire area of the feeder. Then the frame goes back. A gap forms between the top of the ramp (located near the groove) and the front wall of the feeder, which increases as the frame moves back. The next unit of goods falls into it. With this manipulation

there is a kind of "mixing" of the goods in the box, preventing blockage at the exit point to the feeder. When the ramp frame is in its original position, the next item is in the groove.

The product rolls out of the device in the direction "from the buyer". At the exit, the product falls on a plastic plate - a spring-loaded element that is attached only to the top of the tray. The plate bounces, slightly pushing away the product, which, along a slightly more vertical trajectory, again falls on the plate and then travels to the buyer. This design and location of the "rollout" contributes to the compactness of the device.

The small dimensions of the device make it possible to install it in retail outlets with limited space, in pavilions, and in markets. It is easy to use, reliable in operation.

Thus, the implementation of the utility model solves all the tasks set by the authors.
