Способ ушивания апоневроза после лапаротомии путем фиксации апоневротических тканей укрепляющими швами, отличающийся тем, что апоневроз ушивают двумя петлевыми нитями PDS Plus 0 с антибактериальным покрытием, первой петлевой нитью шов накладывают с нижнего угла до середины лапаротомной раны, затем накладывают непрерывный шов на всю линию разреза с малыми стежками по технологии "small bytes" с расположением стежков на расстоянии 0,5 см, отступя от края раны 0,5 см под углом 30-45° к разрезу в плоскости апоневроза с захватом брюшины и мышечно-апоневротического слоя, завязывая анкерный узел через каждые 5-6 см и в середине раны; второй петлевой нитью апоневроз ушивают аналогичным образом с верхнего края лапаротомной раны, продолжая ниже узла на первой нити на 3-4 см, далее первой нитью продолжают накладывать шов вверх лапаротомной раны, при наложении шва первый вкол делают на 2-3 мм латерально границы белой линии и влагалища прямой мышцы живота, выкол делают на расстоянии 1,5 см от вкола параллельно белой линии живота, следующий вкол делают на противоположной стороне разреза на уровне предыдущего выкола также отступя 2-3 мм латерально границы белой линии и влагалища прямой мышцы живота, а выкол иглы делают на расстоянии 1,5 см от вкола параллельно белой линии живота, после наложения шва по всей длине раны петлю разрезают у иглы, нить прошивают иглой на противоположную сторону и завязывают любым традиционным способом; вторую нить накладывают аналогичным швом от центра к нижнему углу раны, после наложения шва по всей длине нить завязывают любым традиционным способом.A method for suturing the aponeurosis after laparotomy by fixing the aponeurotic tissues with reinforcing sutures, characterized in that the aponeurosis is sutured with two PDS Plus 0 loop threads with an antibacterial coating, the first loop thread is used to suture from the lower corner to the middle of the laparotomic wound, then a continuous suture is applied to the entire incision line with with small stitches using the "small bytes" technology with stitches spaced 0.5 cm apart, 0.5 cm away from the wound edge at an angle of 30-45° to the incision in the plane of the aponeurosis, capturing the peritoneum and the muscular-aponeurotic layer, tying the anchor knot through every 5-6 cm and in the middle of the wound; with the second looped thread, the aponeurosis is sutured in the same way from the upper edge of the laparotomic wound, continuing below the node on the first thread by 3-4 cm, then the first thread continues to suture up the laparotomic wound, when suturing, the first injection is made 2-3 mm laterally to the border of the white line and the sheath of the rectus abdominis muscle, the prick is made at a distance of 1.5 cm from the prick parallel to the white line of the abdomen, the next prick is made on the opposite side of the incision at the level of the previous prick, also retreating 2-3 mm laterally from the border of the white line and the sheath of the rectus abdominis muscle, and the prick needles are made at a distance of 1.5 cm from the injection parallel to the white line of the abdomen, after suturing along the entire length of the wound, the loop is cut at the needle, the thread is stitched with a needle to the opposite side and tied in any traditional way; the second thread is applied with a similar suture from the center to the lower corner of the wound, after suturing along the entire length, the thread is tied in any traditional way.
