Устройство искусственной вентиляции легких (ИВЛ), характеризующееся тем, что включает основной рабочий блок, содержащий компрессор, отвечающий за нагнетание воздуха/смеси воздуха, и панель управления, задающую режим работы блока, который по входному воздушному трубопроводу связан с нагревателем воздуха, из которого по выходному воздушному трубопроводу подогретый воздух направляется к выходному отверстию, содержащему элемент взаимодействия с органами дыхания человека, при этом устройство дополнительно включает датчик температуры вдыхаемого воздуха и датчик температуры тела человека, выполненные с возможностью отправки сигнала о текущей температуре на температурный контроллер, который, в свою очередь связан с реле нагрева упомянутого нагревателя воздуха, обеспечивающим регулировку температуры нагрева подаваемого воздуха в режиме реального времени, при этом температурный контроллер выполнен с возможностью задания корректирующих температурных данных относительно полученных данных от датчиков.1.
