Теплообменный аппарат, содержащий корпус в виде полой оболочки с профилированными днищами, на котором расположены подводящие и отводящие патрубки для первого и второго компонентов, предназначенные для подачи компонентов в теплообменные элементы, расположенные внутри корпуса, отличающийся тем, что теплообменные элементы выполнены в виде коаксиально установленных полых цилиндров, состоящих из внутренней и наружной оболочек, причем на поверхности упомянутых оболочек выполнены турбулизаторы потока, при этом каждая оболочка упомянутых цилиндров одним торцом герметично закреплена на одной трубной доске, выполненной в виде полого конуса, на наружной поверхности которого выполнены ответные места для установки упомянутых оболочек, при этом другие торцы упомянутых оболочек полых цилиндров соединены между собой по наружным буртам, расположенным на их внешней поверхности и образуют другую трубную доску, предпочтительно, в виде составного полого конуса, причем в упомянутых досках выполнены каналы, соединяющие полости теплообменных элементов с соответствующими полостями подвода и отвода первого и второго компонентов, причем на поверхности упомянутых оболочек выполнены выштамповки в виде турбулизаторов потока для центровки оболочек одна относительно другой и их скрепления между собой, при этом полости, образованные указанными трубными досками и профилированными днищами, разделены при помощи поперечных перегородок на две изолированные части, с образованием подводящих и отводящих полостей каждого компонента, при этом одна часть каждой полости соединена при помощи упомянутых каналов в трубных досках с полостью одного компонента, а вторая часть каждой полости соединена при помощи упомянутых каналов в трубных досках с полостью другого компонента.A heat exchange apparatus comprising a housing in the form of a hollow shell with profiled bottoms, on which inlet and outlet pipes for the first and second components are located, intended for supplying components to the heat exchange elements located inside the housing, characterized in that the heat exchange elements are made in the form of coaxially mounted hollow cylinders consisting of inner and outer shells, moreover, flow turbulators are made on the surface of said shells, while each shell of said cylinders is hermetically fixed at one end on one tube plate made in the form of a hollow cone, on the outer surface of which there are reciprocal places for installing said shells , while the other ends of the said shells of the hollow cylinders are connected to each other along the outer collars located on their outer surface and form another tube plate, preferably in the form of a composite hollow cone, and channels are made in the said boards, connecting the cavities of the heat exchange elements with the corresponding cavities for supplying and discharging the first and second components, and on the surface of the said shells there are punchings in the form of flow turbulators for centering the shells one relative to the other and fastening them together, while the cavities formed by the specified tube sheets and profiled bottoms, are divided by transverse partitions into two isolated parts, with the formation of inlet and outlet cavities of each component, while one part of each cavity is connected by means of the mentioned channels in the tube sheets with the cavity of one component, and the second part of each cavity is connected by means of the mentioned channels in the pipe boards with a cavity of another component.
