Термоэлектрическое устройство для отвода теплоты от элементов РЭА, содержащее термоэлектрическую батарею, электрически связанную с выходом регулятора температуры, вход которого связан с датчиком температуры, находящемся в контакте с элементом РЭА, расположенном в специальном углублении, образованном конструкцией термоэлектрической батареи, основной теплообменник, находящийся в тепловом контакте с тепловыделяющими спаями термоэлектрической батареи и дополнительный теплообменник, отличающееся тем, что термоэлектрическая батарея разделена на основную и две дополнительные секции, соединенные электрически последовательно и изготовленные из идентичных по своим геометрическим, электро- и теплофизическим характеристикам термоэлементов, причем основная секция находится в центре, а дополнительные расположены по краям на выступах основного теплообменника, площадь которых соответствует площади дополнительных секций, а элемент РЭА размещен в образовавшемся углублении, при этом общая высота выступов основного теплообменника и дополнительных секций термоэлектрической батареи равняется высоте элемента РЭА, причем основной теплообменник выполнен в виде испарительного теплоотвода, а дополнительный теплообменник изготовлен в виде цельнометаллической конструкции.A thermoelectric device for removing heat from REA elements, containing a thermoelectric battery electrically connected to the output of a temperature controller, the input of which is connected to a temperature sensor that is in contact with the REA element located in a special recess formed by the design of the thermoelectric battery, the main heat exchanger located in the thermal contact with the heat-generating junctions of the thermoelectric battery and an additional heat exchanger, characterized in that the thermoelectric battery is divided into the main and two additional sections connected electrically in series and made of thermoelements identical in their geometric, electrical and thermal characteristics, the main section being in the center, and additional ones are located at the edges on the protrusions of the main heat exchanger, the area of which corresponds to the area of the additional sections, and the electronic equipment element is placed in the formed recess, while the total height of the protrusions the main heat exchanger and additional sections of the thermoelectric battery is equal to the height of the REA element, and the main heat exchanger is made in the form of an evaporative heat sink, and the additional heat exchanger is made in the form of an all-metal structure.
