Claims (34)
1. Интерактивный контейнер для напитков, включающий:
бутылку;
колпачок для закрывания контейнера для напитков путем герметизации отверстия бутылки; и
схему, прикрепленную к колпачку, причем схема выполнена с возможностью передачи данных в зоне широковещательной передачи,
причем в ситуации, когда контейнер для напитков закрыт колпачком, зона широковещательной передачи схемы находится не за пределами бутылки; и
при этом в ситуации, когда контейнер для напитков открыт, зона широковещательной передачи проходит наружу от колпачка, а данные могут приниматься мобильным устройством в пределах зоны широковещательной передачи.
2. Интерактивный контейнер для напитков по п. 1, причем данные передаются на мобильное устройство с помощью радиочастоты.
3. Интерактивный контейнер для напитков по п. 1, в котором схема прикреплена и герметизирована на нижней части колпачка.
4. Интерактивный контейнер для напитков по п. 1, в котором схема встроена в колпачок.
5. Интерактивный контейнер для напитков по п. 1, причем зона широковещательной передачи проходит в направлении, перпендикулярном нижней части колпачка.
6. Интерактивный контейнер для напитков по п. 5, причем зона широковещательной передачи распространяется на расстояние, которое меньше высоты контейнера для напитков.
7. Интерактивный контейнер для напитков по п. 1, в котором экранирующий элемент встроен в колпачок, и при этом экранирующий элемент препятствует передаче данных через колпачок.
8. Интерактивный контейнер для напитков по п. 1, причем данные, переданные схемой, позволяют мобильному устройству получать доступ к содержательным аудио- или видеоматериалам по сети.
9. Интерактивный контейнер для напитков по п. 1, причем данные, переданные схемой, позволяют мобильному устройству получать доступ к содержательным материалам по сети, и
при этом содержательные материалы зависят от географического местоположения мобильного устройства.
10. Интерактивный контейнер для напитков по п. 1, причем данные, переданные схемой, позволяют мобильному устройству получать доступ к содержательным материалам по сети, и
при этом содержательные материалы зависят от времени доступа к содержательным материалам с помощью мобильного устройства.
11. Интерактивный контейнер для напитков по п. 1, в котором схема представляет собой NFC-метку.
12. Крышка для контейнера для напитков, причем крышка включает в себя:
верхнюю стенку;
кольцевой борт, проходящий вниз от верхней стенки; и
схему, соединенную с верхней стенкой и выполненную с возможностью передачи радиосигналов;
причем радиосигналы не проходят через кольцевую стенку и могут быть получены мобильным устройством, только когда крышка не прикреплена к контейнеру для напитков.
13. Крышка по п. 12, в которой схема встроена в верхнюю стенку.
14. Крышка по п. 12, в которой схема прикреплена и герметизирована на нижней части верхней стенки.
15. Крышка по п. 12, в которой экранирующий элемент встроен в верхнюю стенку и кольцевой борт.
16. Крышка по п. 12, в которой схема выполнена с возможностью передачи радиосигналов в направлении и внутри контейнера для напитков, к которому прикреплена крышка.
17. Крышка по п. 16, в которой схема выполнена с возможностью передачи радиосигналов не дальше максимальной высоты контейнера для напитков.
18. Способ передачи данных от контейнера для напитков на мобильное устройство, содержащий следующие этапы:
обеспечение питания микросхемы связи крышки контейнера для напитков посредством электромагнитного поля для активации микросхемы связи; и
передачу данных от микросхемы связи только в направлении открытого конца крышки, когда крышка не прикреплена к контейнеру для напитков, причем данные принимаются мобильным устройством.
19. Способ передачи данных по п. 18, в котором микросхема связи передает данные в направлении, перпендикулярном нижней стороне крышки.
20. Способ передачи данных по п. 18, дополнительно включающий передачу микросхемой связи вторых данных при прикреплении крышки к контейнеру для напитков,
причем вторые данные отличаются от первых данных.
