Бемитил применен для профилактики острых приступов глаукомы у 20 больных первичной глаукомой (12 мужчин и 8 женщин). Больные принимали по одной таблетке бемитила за день до неблагоприятного по геомагнитным условиям дня, который выбирался индивидуально для каждого больного. В процессе профилактического лечения острых приступов не наблюдалось. Больных закрытоугольной формы было 15 человек, комбинированной формы - 5 человек. Возраст больных от 49 до 55 лет. Переносимость препарата хорошая. Из побочных явлений - у одного больного была тошнота, которая прошла после отмены препарата.
