Claims (5)
1. Способ изготовления роторной лопасти (200) ветроэнергетической установки, включающий в себя следующие этапы: подготовку формы (300) для полки (400) лонжерона, причем форма (300) имеет по меньшей мере один отрицательный край (310, 320) полки, укладку слоев стекловолокна в форму (300) и в отрицательный край (310, 320) полки для получения поперечного скоса на концах слоев стекловолокна, так что получают полку (400) лонжерона с первым и вторым концами (401, 402), причем первый и/или второй концы (401, 402) имеет отрицательный скос, и установку с геометрическим замыканием первого и/или второго концов (401, 402) полки (400) лонжерона в материал (210) сердцевины роторной лопасти (200).
2. Способ изготовления роторной лопасти ветроэнергетической установки по п. 1, при котором форма (300) имеет часть, которая имеет указанный скос.
3. Способ изготовления роторной лопасти ветроэнергетической установки по п. 1 или 2, при котором в форме (300) выполнен по меньшей мере один канал для смолы.
4. Способ изготовления роторной лопасти ветроэнергетической установки по любому из пп. 1–3, причем край (310, 320) полки имеет угол между 20° и 40°, в частности между 22° и 35°.
5. Роторная лопасть ветроэнергетической установки (200), содержащая по меньшей мере одну полку (400) лонжерона с первым и вторым концами (401, 402), причем первый и/или второй конец (401, 402) имеет отрицательный скос, причем первый и/или второй концы (401, 402) полки (400) лонжерона вставлены в материал (210) сердцевины роторной лопасти (200) с геометрическим замыканием.
