Claims (9)

1. Полевая система для сварки двух труб, содержащая
первое устройство зацепления трубы, выполненное с возможностью зацепления с внутренней поверхностью первой трубы, позволяющее первому устройству зацепления трубы быть зафиксированным относительно первой трубы;
второе устройство зацепление трубы, выполненное с возможностью зацепления с внутренней поверхностью второй трубы, позволяющее второму устройству зацепления трубы быть зафиксированным относительно второй трубы;
сварочную горелку, выполненную с возможностью размещения внутри труб для создания внутреннего сварного шва в области контактной поверхности между трубами;
механизм перемещения, функционально связанный со сварочной горелкой для вращения сварочной горелки вдоль области контактной поверхности между трубами; и
один или более процессоров, которые управляют механизмом перемещения и сварочной горелкой, при этом один или более процессоров управляют работой механизма перемещения и сварочной горелки для генерации законченного кольцевого сварного шва вдоль области контактной поверхности за счет вращения сварочной горелки вдоль области контактной поверхности в одном направлении вращения до тех пор, пока законченный кольцевой сварной шов не будет выполнен,
причем сварочная горелка выполнена с возможностью вращения, по меньшей мере, на угол в 360 градусов, в обоих направлениях из направления вверх, против силы гравитации, и направления вниз, в направлении силы гравитации, в упомянутом одном направлении вращения для выполнения законченного кольцевого сварного шва.
2. Система по п.1, в которой трубы размещены в горизонтальном расположении, при этом система дополнительно содержит раму, которая выполнена с возможностью размещения внутри горизонтально расположенных труб, при этом первое устройство зацепления трубы и второе устройство зацепления трубы размещены на упомянутой раме.
3. Система по п.1, в которой первое устройство зацепления трубы и второе устройство зацепления трубы имеют продольную ось, причем сварочная горелка выполнена с возможностью вращения в вертикальной плоскости, перпендикулярной упомянутой продольной оси первого устройства зацепления трубы и второго устройства зацепления трубы.
