Виброизолятор рессорный с демпфером, содержащий основание, стойку, упругие элементы рессорного типа и опорный узел, при этом основание выполнено в виде двух параллельных уголков, жестко соединенных между собой со стороны, противоположной опорному узлу, посредством упорной плиты, к которой крепится упругий элемент рессорного типа посредством крышки с помощью по крайней мере двух винтов, расположенных по ширине упругого элемента, причем ширина упругого элемента рессорного типа меньше ширины основания, а опорный узел выполнен в виде стержня с резьбовым концом, фиксирующим виброизолируемый объект, и имеющим полусферическую головку для контакта с конической поверхностью в упругом элементе, причем опорный узел фиксируется на упругом элементе с помощью винта, ввернутого в полусферическую головку стержня, при этом между основанием и упругим элементом рессорного типа размещено демпфирующее устройство, содержащее корпус, отличающийся тем, что демпфирующее устройство выполнено в виде виброизолятора шайбового сетчатого, содержащего основание в виде пластины с крепежными отверстиями, сетчатый упругий элемент, нижней частью опирающийся на основание, и фиксируемый нижней шайбой, жестко соединенной с основанием, а верхней частью фиксируемый верхней нажимной шайбой, жестко соединенной с центрально расположенным поршнем, охватываемым с зазором, соосно расположенной гильзой, жестко соединенной с основанием, при этом между основанием и верхней нажимной шайбой расположен упругодемпфирующий элемент, состоящий из верхней и нижней, оппозитно расположенных тарельчатых пружин, выполненных в виде поверхностей усеченного конуса, причем большее основание усеченного конуса верхней тарельчатой пружины расположено на внутренней поверхности верхней нажимной шайбы, а большее основание усеченного конуса нижней тарельчатой пружины расположено на основании, при этом меньшие основания усеченного конуса верхней и нижней тарельчатых пружин соединены между собой внешней поверхностью цилиндрического кольца, внутренняя поверхность которого охватывает внешнюю поверхность, соосно расположенной с ним гильзы, при этом внутренняя поверхность цилиндрического кольца покрыта фрикционным материалом.Spring vibration isolator with a damper, containing a base, a rack, spring-type elastic elements and a support unit, while the base is made in the form of two parallel corners rigidly connected to each other from the side opposite to the support unit by means of a thrust plate to which an elastic spring-type element is attached by means of a cover with the help of at least two screws located along the width of the elastic element, and the width of the spring-type elastic element is less than the width of the base, and the support unit is made in the form of a rod with a threaded end fixing the vibration-insulated object and having a hemispherical head for contact with the conical surface in an elastic element, and the support unit is fixed on the elastic element by means of a screw screwed into the hemispherical head of the rod, while between the base and the spring-type elastic element there is a damping device containing a housing, characterized in that the damping device is made in the form of a vibration isolator a washer mesh, containing a base in the form of a plate with mounting holes, a mesh elastic element, with the lower part resting on the base, and fixed by a lower washer rigidly connected to the base, and by the upper part fixed by an upper pressure washer rigidly connected to a centrally located piston, male with by a gap, coaxially located by a sleeve rigidly connected to the base, while between the base and the upper thrust washer there is an elastic damping element consisting of an upper and lower opposed disc springs made in the form of truncated cone surfaces, and the larger base of the truncated cone of the upper disc spring is located on the inner surface of the upper thrust washer, and the larger base of the truncated cone of the lower Belleville spring is located on the base, while the smaller bases of the truncated cone of the upper and lower Belleville springs are interconnected by the outer surface of the cylindrical ring, the inner surface of which covers the outer surface of the liner coaxially located with it, while the inner surface of the cylindrical ring is covered with friction material.
