Claims (35)
1. Медицинское устройство (100; 100а, 100b), содержащее:
блок (110) приема контейнера, выполненный с возможностью приема и удержания контейнера (120), причем контейнер (120) вмещает в себя лекарственный препарат (125) и содержит первую метку (130) связи, выполненную с возможностью хранения информации, относящейся к лекарственному препарату (125);
блок (140) считывания, выполненный с возможностью беспроводного считывания информации из первой метки (130) связи; и
блок (150) управления, выполненный с возможностью управления медицинским устройством (100) на основании информации, считанной из первой метки (130) связи,
отличающееся тем, что
предусмотрена вторая метка (180) связи, зафиксированная в медицинском устройстве (100а), причем
блок (140) считывания выполнен с возможностью беспроводного считывания информации, хранящейся во второй метке (180) связи, при этом
блок (150) управления выполнен с возможностью управления медицинским устройством (100; 100а, 100b) на основании информации, считанной из второй метки (180) связи.
2. Медицинское устройство (100; 100а, 100b) по п. 1, содержащее отверстие или прозрачное окно (165), позволяющее по меньшей мере частично видеть снаружи контейнер (120), вставленный в блок (110) приема контейнера, причем
блок (140) считывания содержит первый антенный блок (142, 144), при этом контейнер (120), вставленный в блок (110) приема контейнера, расположен между (i) отверстием или прозрачным окном (165) и (ii) первым антенным блоком (142, 144).
3. Медицинское устройство (100; 100а, 100b) по п. 2, в котором блок (110) приема контейнера выполнен так, чтобы позволить пользователю медицинского устройства (100; 100а, 100b) поворачивать контейнер (120) вокруг его средней оси, если медицинское устройство (100; 100а, 100b) имеет отверстие (165), а блок (110) приема контейнера удерживает контейнер (120).
4. Медицинское устройство (100; 100а, 100b) по п. 2 или 3, в котором первый антенный блок (142, 144) только частично окружает контейнер (120), вставленный в блок (110) приема контейнера.
5. Медицинское устройство (100; 100а, 100b) по любому из пп. 2-4, в котором первый антенный блок (142, 144) содержит первую антенную часть (142), проходящую вдоль первой плоскости, и вторую антенную часть (144), проходящую вдоль второй плоскости, причем первая плоскость и вторая плоскость пересекаются под углом (α) в диапазоне от 90° до 120°, причем угол (α) обращен к контейнеру (120), вставленному в блок (110) приема контейнера.
6. Медицинское устройство (100; 100а, 100b) по любому из предшествующих пунктов, в котором вторая метка (180) связи выполнена с возможностью беспроводного приема и хранения информации, относящейся по меньшей мере к одному из следующих видов данных: назначению лекарственного препарата (125), настройке медицинского устройства (100; 100а, 100b), отладке медицинского устройства (100; 100а, 100b) и калибровке медицинского устройства (100; 100а, 100b).
7. Медицинское устройство (100; 100а, 100b) по п. 6, в котором блок (140) считывания содержит второй антенный блок (146), выполненный с возможностью считывания информации, хранящейся во второй метке (180) связи.
8. Медицинское устройство (100; 100а, 100b) по п. 1, дополнительно содержащее блок (185) переключения, соединенный с блоком (140) считывания, причем
блок (140) считывания содержит три антенны (142, 144, 46), при этом
блок (185) переключения выполнен с возможностью последовательного переключения сигналов, принятых от трех антенн (142, 144, 146), на блок (150) управления.
9. Медицинское устройство (100; 100а, 100b) по любому из предшествующих пунктов, дополнительно содержащее блок (195) связи, выполненный с возможностью осуществления беспроводной связи с беспроводным терминалом (300), причем блок (195) связи дополнительно выполнен с возможностью:
отправки, в реальном времени, информации, относящейся к состоянию медицинского устройства (100), в беспроводной терминал (300),
отправки отладочных данных, относящихся к медицинскому устройству (100; 100а, 100b), в беспроводной терминал (300), и/или
отправки данных, относящихся к использованию медицинского устройства (100; 100а, 100b), в беспроводной терминал (300).
10. Медицинское устройство (100; 100а, 100b) по любому из предшествующих пунктов, представляющее собой инъекционное устройство.
11. Программное устройство (200), содержащее:
блок (210) отправки, выполненный с возможностью отправки информации, относящейся по меньшей мере к одному из следующих видов данных, а именно, назначению лекарственного препарата (125), настройке медицинского устройства (100; 100а, 100b), отладке медицинского устройства (100; 100а, 100b) и калибровке медицинского устройства (100; 100а, 100b), в медицинское устройство (100; 100а, 100b) по любому из предшествующих пунктов.
12. Программное устройство (200) по п. 11, дополнительно содержащее:
пользовательский интерфейс (220), выполненный с возможностью ввода информации, относящейся по меньшей мере к одному из следующих видов данных, а именно, назначению лекарственного препарата (125), настройке медицинского устройства (100; 100а, 100b), отладке медицинского устройства (100; 100а, 100b) и калибровке медицинского устройства (100; 100а, 100b).
13. Беспроводной терминал (300), содержащий:

приема отладочных данных, относящихся к медицинскому устройству (100; 100а, 100b), из медицинского устройства (100; 100а, 100b), и/или
приема данных, относящихся к использованию медицинского устройства (100; 100а, 100b), из медицинского устройства (100).
14. Беспроводной терминал (300) по п. 13, дополнительно содержащий: обрабатывающий блок (320), выполненный с возможностью обработки данных, принятых из медицинского устройства (100; 100а, 100b).
15. Медицинская система, содержащая:
медицинское устройство (100; 100а, 100b) по любому из пп. 1-10, и по меньшей мере одно из программного устройства (200) по любому из пп. 11-12 и беспроводного терминала (300) по любому из пп. 13-14.
