Устройство для перекрытия трубопровода, содержащее неподвижный и подвижный фланцы с бобышками, сальниковое уплотнение, закрепленное на внешней стороне подвижного фланца, и поворотный кронштейн, оснащенный вкладышами в виде глухого и кольцевого дисков для перекрытия и пропускания потока транспортируемой среды, фланцы оснащены уплотнительными кольцами под сопряжение с вкладышами, в бобышках фланцев параллельно трубопроводу установлены по меньшей мере три монтажные шпильки, одна монтажная шпилька закреплена в бобышке по цилиндрической поверхности с возможностью вращения относительно своей оси, вторая монтажная шпилька закреплена в бобышке с возможностью вращения в плоскости радиального сечения трубопровода, противоположные стороны этих шпилек и третья монтажная шпилька введены в резьбовые соединения с гайками, которые закреплены в бобышках посредством сферических подшипников, поворотный кронштейн установлен на одной из монтажных шпилек посредством втулочной гайки, резьбовое соединение «втулочная гайка – монтажная шпилька» выполнено с шагом меньшим, чем шаг резьбовых соединений монтажных шпилек с гайками, в рабочем состоянии фланцы и вкладыши стянуты через уплотнительные кольца шпильками и гайками, отличающееся тем, что устройство оснащено патрубком под сальниковое уплотнение, на патрубке закреплены упорные втулки с резьбовым отверстием под отжимные болты, уплотнительные кольца выполнены в виде тонкого плоского стального кольца-основания, покрытого уплотнительным графитовым материалом, уплотнительные кольца фиксируются во фланцах постоянными магнитами, которые установлены вдоль посадочной поверхности уплотнительного кольца. 1.
