Claims (15)

1. Лигандсвязывающая молекула, которая представляет собой молекулу, обладающую способностью связываться с лигандом, где молекула представляет собой полипептид, имеющий по меньшей мере один сайт расщепления, и связывание лиганда молекулой, расщепленной по меньшей мере в одном сайте расщепления, ослабляется.
2. Лигандсвязывающая молекула по п. 1, в которой сайт расщепления содержит расщепляемую протеазой последовательность.
3. Лигандсвязывающая молекула по п. 2, где протеаза представляет собой специфическую для ткани-мишени протеазу.
4. Лигандсвязывающая молекула по одному из пп. 1-3, где лигандсвязывающая молекула содержит VH антитела, VL антитела и константную область антитела.
5. Лигандсвязывающая молекула по п. 4, в которой сайт расщепления или расщепляемая протеазой последовательность локализован/локализована вблизи границы между константной областью антитела и VH антитела или/и вблизи границы между константной областью антитела и VL антитела.
6. Лигандсвязывающая молекула по п. 4 или 5, где VL антитела и VH антитела в лигандсвязывающей молекуле ассоциированы друг с другом, при этом ассоциация аннулируется расщеплением в сайте расщепления или аннулируется расщеплением протеазой расщепляемой протеазой последовательности.
7. Лигандсвязывающая молекула по одному из пп. 1-6, где лиганд представляет собой молекулу, обладающую биологической активностью, и лигандсвязывающая молекула ингибирует биологическую активность лиганда путем связывания с лигандом.
8. Лигандсвязывающая молекула по одному из пп. 1-7, где лиганд представляет собой цитокин или хемокин.
9. Лигандсвязывающая молекула по одному из пп. 1-8, где лигандсвязывающая молекула представляет собой антитело IgG-типа.
10. Лигандсвязывающая молекула по одному из пп. 1-9, где лигандсвязывающая молекула связана с лигандом.
11. Лигандсвязывающая молекула по одному из пп. 1-9, где лигандсвязывающая молекула слита с лигандом.
12. Фармацевтическая композиция, содержащая лигандсвязывающую молекулу по одному из пп. 1-11.
13. Фармацевтическая композиция, содержащая лигандсвязывающую молекулу по одному из пп. 1-10 и лиганд.
14. Фармацевтическая композиция, содержащая слитый белок, в котором лигандсвязывающая молекула по одному из пп. 1-9 слита с лигандом.
15. Способ получения лигандсвязывающей молекулы по одному из пп. 1-11.
