Sorbfil TLC View.A method for diagnosing vascular bacteriosis of cruciferous plants by the dot-immunoassay method, performed on a nitrocellulose membrane using highly specific serum containing antibodies to the detected pathogen, and staining with a solution of colloidal gold conjugate with staphylococcus protein A according to the method of G. Frens, which is distinguished by the fact that it uses immunospecific serum based on the cell wall antigen of X. campestris, when obtaining serum, a chemical polyelectrolyte substance is used as an adjuvant, consisting of a 0.05% solution of polyazolidine ammonium, modified with halogen hydrate ions, in saline, the analysis is carried out in the dot-ELISA version with preparations of plant tissues or washes from the investigated surfaces, with serum taken at a dilution of 1: 100; the intensity of the color reaction staining is measured using the Sorbfil TLC View densitometer software.
