Защитный зонт подвесного изолятора линий электропередачи, включающего изоляционное тело и оконцеватели, соединенные с опорой ЛЭП и проводами, содержащий изоляционный элемент, выполненный из диэлектрика с возможностью соединения с оконцевателем в верхней части изолятора и снабженный средствами крепления, отличающийся тем, что изоляционный элемент выполнен в виде защитного зонта, наружная верхняя поверхность которого имеет форму сферического сегмента, наружный диаметр зонта в плане превышает размер подвесного изолятора и составляет 350-650 мм, а глубина/высота сферического сегмента составляет 70-100 мм, центральное посадочное отверстие в верхней части зонта выполнено с возможностью охвата верхнего оконцевателя, также по всей линии радиуса сферического сегмента до центрального отверстия выполнен разрез зонта, а на обоих краях разреза выполнена отбортовка краев вверх на высоту 2-3 см с возможностью размещения на бортиках средств крепления и с обеспечением разъемного соединения бортиков посредством болтового соединения, при этом один из бортиков имеет также отгиб, образующий вместе с бортиком уголок, перекрывающий в плане линию разреза на 2-3 см, кроме того, на поверхности зонта вдоль радиусов сферического сегмента выполнены 4-6 ребер жесткости, поперечное сечение которых имеет вид гофра с выступом на верхней наружной поверхности и впадиной на нижней поверхности.1. Подвесной изолятор линий электропередачи, включающий изоляционное тело и оконцеватели, соединенные с опорой ЛЭП и проводами, отличающийся тем, что он снабжен зонтом по п. 1 для защиты подвесного изолятора линий электропередачи.2.
