Claims (15)
1. Расширяемое центральное устройство для реактора, при этом устройство содержит: расширяющуюся трубу, центральную опору внутри расширяющейся трубы и три или более пружинных элементов, при этом пружинные элементы прикреплены к центральной опоре и проходят дугообразно наружу к расширяющейся трубе.
2. Расширяемое центральное устройство по п.1, в котором расширяющаяся труба образована из задних концов пружинных элементов, проходящих по спирали вокруг друг друга и перекрывающих друг друга.
3. Расширяемое центральное устройство по п.1, в котором расширяющаяся труба является отдельной по отношению к пружинным элементам, и пружинные элементы прижимаются снаружи к расширяющейся трубе.
4. Расширяемое центральное устройство по любому предшествующему пункту, в котором пружинные элементы являются упругими для смещения расширяющейся трубы наружу от центральной опоры.
5. Расширяемое центральное устройство по любому предшествующему пункту, в котором пружинные элементы представляют собой листообразные элементы, выровненные относительно аксиального направления центральной опоры и расширяющейся трубы.
6. Расширяемое центральное устройство по любому предшествующему пункту, в котором расширяющаяся труба содержит, по меньшей мере, один лист, намотанный множество раз для формирования окружной периферии расширяющейся трубы.
7. Расширяемое центральное устройство по любому предшествующему пункту, в котором центральная опора содержит, по меньшей мере, одно отверстие для обеспечения возможности смазки пружинных элементов посредством воздуха, вдуваемого вниз вдоль центральной опоры.
8. Реактор, содержащий: наружную трубу, расширяющуюся трубу внутри наружной трубы, расширяемый носитель катализатора, занимающий кольцевое пространство между расширяющейся трубой и наружной трубой, и три или более изогнутых упругих пружинных элементов, расположенных внутри расширяющейся трубы для смещения расширяющейся трубы по направлению к наружной трубе.
9. Реактор по п.8, в котором расширяющаяся труба образована из задних концов пружинных элементов, проходящих по спирали вокруг друг друга и перекрывающих друг друга.
10. Реактор по п.8 или 9, в котором пружинные элементы представляют собой листообразные элементы, выровненные относительно аксиального направления наружной трубы и расширяющейся трубы.
11. Реактор по любому из пп.8-10, в котором расширяющаяся труба содержит, по меньшей мере, один лист, намотанный множество раз для формирования окружной периферии расширяющейся трубы.
12. Способ установки расширяемого центрального устройства в реакторе, при этом способ включает: выполнение расширяемого центрального устройства, содержащего расширяющуюся трубу и пружинные элементы, расположенные внутри расширяющейся трубы, вставку центрального устройства в реактор, ввод газа под давлением в расширяющуюся трубу для расширения расширяющейся трубы, при этом пружинные элементы противодействуют сжатию расширяющейся трубы после отвода газа под давлением.
13. Способ по п.12, в котором центральное устройство вставляют в реактор, используя инструмент, и газ под давлением вводят посредством того же инструмента.
14. Способ по п.12 или 13, в котором пружинные элементы обеспечивают поджимающее усилие, действующее в направлении наружу на расширяющуюся трубу во время ввода газа под давлением.
15. Способ по любому из пп.12-14, в котором пружинные элементы остаются в контакте с расширяющейся трубой в течение всего ввода газа под давлением.
