Claims (1)

Способ диагностики состояния сердечно-сосудистой системы с помощью аппаратно-программного комплекса, заключающийся в сборе анамнеза, проведении физикального исследования и инструментального исследования пациента, в ходе которого снимают электрокардиограмму (ЭКГ), измеряют артериальное давление (АД) и лодыжечно-плечевой индекс (ЛПИ), отличающийся тем, что в ходе инструментального исследования снимают ЭКГ, измеряют АД и ЛПИ одновременно с помощью блока регистрации параметров аппаратно-программного комплекса, в который также входят персональный компьютер (ПК) врача-кардиолога с соответствующим программным обеспечением и облачная система обработки и сопоставления данных, при этом дополнительно производят запись сфигмограммы и апекскардиограммы (АпексКГ), а также регистрацию реограммы с помощью того же блока регистрации параметров, причем все параметры регистрируют одновременно, после чего данные из блока регистрации, а также данные анамнеза и физикального исследования поступают на ПК, где производят, совместно с данными облачной системы, обработку полученной информации и получают первичный диагноз с рекомендациями по лечению.A method for diagnosing the state of the cardiovascular system using a hardware-software complex, which consists in collecting an anamnesis, conducting a physical examination and instrumental examination of the patient, during which an electrocardiogram (ECG) is taken, blood pressure (BP) and ankle-brachial index (LPI) are measured , characterized in that during the instrumental study, an ECG is taken, blood pressure and LPI are measured simultaneously using the unit for recording the parameters of the hardware-software complex, which also includes a personal computer (PC) of a cardiologist with appropriate software and a cloud system for processing and comparing data, while additionally recording a sphygmogram and apexcardiogram (ApeksKG), as well as registering a rheogram using the same parameter registration unit, all parameters are recorded simultaneously, after which the data from the registration unit, as well as the history and physical examination data are sent to the PC, where they process, together with the data from the cloud system, the information received tion to obtain a primary diagnosis with the recommendations for treatment.
