Конический форсуночный скруббер, содержащий корпус с патрубками для запыленного и очищенного газа, форсуночное оросительное устройство, опорные и ограничительные тарелки, между которыми расположена насадка, брызгоуловитель, выполненный в виде слоя насадки, размещенной между опорной и ограничительной тарелками и устройство для отвода шлама, причем опорные тарелки выполнены упругими, а насадка, размещенная над нижней опорной тарелкой выполнена из упругих материалов, и на нижней опорной тарелке установлен вибратор, насадка выполнена в виде цилиндрического кольца, к боковой поверхности которого оппозитно друг другу прикреплены две полусферические поверхности таким образом, что диаметральные плоскости полусфер совпадают соответственно с верхним и нижним основаниями цилиндрического кольца, а вершины полусферических поверхностей находятся на оси кольца и направлены навстречу друг другу, отличающаяся тем, что насадка выполнена в виде перфорированного цилиндрического кольца с коэффициентом перфорации не более 70%, на боковой внутренней поверхности которого закреплены круглые перегородки с коэффициентом перфорации не более 70%, а полости между перфорированными перегородками заполнены инертными телами в виде шара, на поверхности которого выполнены несквозные отверстия полусферической формы, при этом размеры инертных тел на 10% больше размеров перфорации, или насадка выполнена в виде, вписываемого в окружность блока, состоящего из семи связанных между собой перфорированными боковыми гранями шестигранных параллелепипедов с верхними и нижними перфорированными основаниями, периметры которых по форме эквидистантны или совпадают с периметрами боковых граней шестигранных параллелепипедов, а коэффициент перфорации оснований составляет не более 70%, или насадка выполнена в виде, когда полости шестигранных параллелепипедов с верхними и нижними перфорированными основаниями заполнены инертными телами в виде шара, на поверхности которого выполнены несквозные отверстия полусферической формы, при этом размеры инертных тел на 10% больше размеров перфорации оснований шестигранных параллелепипедов.A conical nozzle scrubber comprising a housing with nozzles for dusty and purified gas, a nozzle irrigation device, support and restriction plates, between which a nozzle is located, a spray catcher made in the form of a nozzle layer located between the support and restriction plates and a device for removing sludge, and support the plates are made elastic, and the nozzle placed above the lower support plate is made of elastic materials, and a vibrator is installed on the lower support plate, the nozzle is made in the idea of a cylindrical ring, on the side surface of which two hemispherical surfaces are attached opposite to each other so that the diametrical planes of the hemispheres coincide with the upper and lower bases of the cylindrical ring, respectively, and the vertices of the hemispherical surfaces are on the axis of the ring and are directed towards each other, characterized in that the nozzle is made in the form of a perforated cylindrical ring with a perforation coefficient of not more than 70%, on the side of the inner surface of which are fixed rounded partitions with a perforation coefficient of not more than 70%, and the cavities between the perforated partitions are filled with inert bodies in the form of a ball, on the surface of which through holes are made hemispherical in shape, while the dimensions of inert bodies are 10% larger than the dimensions of the perforation, or the nozzle is made as inscribed in a circle of a block consisting of seven perforated side faces of hexagonal parallelepipeds connected with each other with upper and lower perforated bases, the perimeters of which are equivalent in shape are distant or coincide with the perimeters of the side faces of the hexahedral parallelepipeds, and the base perforation coefficient is not more than 70%, or the nozzle is made in the form when the cavities of the hexahedral parallelepipeds with the upper and lower perforated bases are filled with inert bodies in the form of a ball on the surface of which through holes are made through hemispherical forms, while the dimensions of inert bodies are 10% larger than the sizes of perforations of the bases of hexahedral parallelepipeds.
