Электромагнитный способ измерения расхода жидких металлов в трубе, заключающийся в создании низкочастотного импульсного биполярного магнитного поля в канале трубы; в преобразовании движущимся потоком жидкости на основе закона Фарадея этого магнитного поля в электрический сигнал между двумя электродами, приваренными к внешней поверхности трубы и вычислении величины расхода, отличающийся тем, что на трубе имеется катушка, содержащая, по крайней мере, один виток, охватывающий центральное поперечное сечение трубы, с помощью катушки производится измерение компоненты магнитного поля, направленной вдоль оси трубы в центральном поперечном сечении канала, и по результату ее измерения производится вычисление и внесение поправки в показание расходомера, устраняющей влияние деформации магнитного поля на результат измерения расхода жидкого металла.1.
